EDIT tip: they put bottles of drinks on table , just make sure if you don’t drink they don’t charge , ( they lost a star due to trying to do this to us )
Wandering through bustling streets, we stumbled upon a hidden gem: a humble noodle house brimming with the joyous clatter of chopsticks and the intoxicating aroma of fresh dumplings. It was an instant transport back to my trip to China, memories flooding back with every fragrant steam curl.
This unassuming little eatery pulsated with a vibrant energy. From the moment we stepped through the door, a welcoming warmth enveloped us. Every table was occupied, a testament to the delicious alchemy happening within. Undeterred, we squeezed into a corner, anticipation buzzing in the air.
The menu, printed on the wall on a board board, was a love letter to authentic Chinese cuisine. No fancy frills, just honest-to-goodness dumplings in all their pleated-pocket glory, alongside fresh noodles, stir-fried delights, and comforting soups. We embarked on a culinary adventure, ordering a dizzying array of dumplings: plump xiaolongbao oozing with juicy pork broth, pan-fried pork dumplings with crispy golden edges, and delicate vegetable dumplings bursting with fresh flavor. Each bite was a revelation, the dough perfectly elastic, the fillings savory and vibrant.
Beyond the dumplings, the dry noodles dishes were a revelation. We savored bowls of steaming pork noodles, the spicy sauce clinging to each springy strand, and comforting. Each dish was a symphony of textures and tastes, a testament to the skill and passion of the kitchen.
The service, though brisk, was attentive and friendly. The air buzzed with a contagious energy, the staff weaving deftly between tables, their faces alight with pride in their culinary craft. It was more than just a meal; it was an experience, a joyful immersion into the heart of Chinese culinary culture.
Leaving, we were already plotting our next visit. This wasn't just a restaurant; it was a discovery, a newfound favorite. If you're searching for authentic Chinese cuisine, for dumplings that sing on your tongue and noodles that dance in your bowl, look no further. This hidden gem is a treasure waiting to be unearthed, a serendipitous delight that will have you saying "xiaolongbao" long after...

Food
The food is nothing special—just plain and unremarkable. There’s no unique flavor or standout dish that would make it memorable. If you're simply looking to fill your stomach, it does the job, but if you're expecting something delicious or worth coming back for, you might want to look elsewhere.
Service
How should I put this? The service is as unpredictable as the weather—mostly cloudy with occasional thunderstorms. The owner, in particular, gives off the impression that they think their business is doing well enough that they don’t need to care about gaining or losing a few customers. At times, they even lash out at customers for no apparent reason, making the dining experience unnecessarily stressful.
Environment
The environment is just like any ordinary coffee shop—nothing noteworthy, nothing particularly inviting. It’s not uncomfortable, but it’s also not a place you’d go to for a nice, relaxing ambiance.
Overall
In summary, the food is forgettable, the environment is average, and the owner's attitude could very well be the most memorable part of your visit—but not in a good way. If you're in an exceptionally good mood, you might be able to shrug it off. However, if you’re a traveler looking for a pleasant dining experience, this place might just ruin your mood.
Of course, everyone’s experience is different. Perhaps some people enjoy a dining atmosphere with a bit of a challenge? But if you simply want a peaceful meal without unnecessary drama, you might want to think twice before stepping in—you could be signing yourself up for an unexpected "test...

service moves ridiculously fast, with uncle seating you and taking your order within 5 mins. we’ve never been there before so the sheer speed at which everything happened had us REELING. there is no table menu either, just read off the wall and order. food came really quickly after we ordered too, nice and hot with an accompanying drink (uncle was not very fond of my penchant for milo).
anyway the food was amazing end of story. All of the dishes we ordered (scallion oil noodles, dumplings, sausages) were RM8 or less, with a flavour that definitely rivaled meals priced much higher.
I adore chewy noodles and the noodles here did not disappoint. the sauce was good on its own, or could be mixed with the mala sauce provided (I overdid it and almost died but that’s neither here nor there). the dumplings were so juicy and filled to the brim with meat, and dipped in vinegar, it was HEAVENLY. The sugarcane juice uncle suggested for me also paired well with the savoury meal. It’s just bloody satisfying.
I’m definitely coming back before I...
