Beutea @ Kimberly Street — Restaurant in George Town

2nd & 3rd & 4th visit : Service has improved by a little bit, but it is still not good. Drinks quality improved as well but still lacking. Since it's not good, why do I still visit so many times? Because they open till midnight so it's suitable for gathering. 1st visit : I'm looking forward to trying their drinks. Visited a few days ago & ordered their new exclusive menu, white peach bliss oolong milk tea & jasmine snow bud milk tea. I was totally disappointed when i received my order. In the picture, both drinks come with snow cream & that caught my eye to order. Mine came without cream, totally different from the picture. I confronted the service crew & they said the cream is additional. There's extra charge for it. The problem is that it's not that I'm not willing to pay for it, but i assume both these drinks come with snow cream since the picture is presented that way. They also didn't bother to add for me after me asking for it. Very poor service. In other drinks in the menu, the picture is without cream. I'm so mad since i came here to try the drink that's in the poster, but what i get is something different. Please train your service crew to be more professional in serving customers & giving the right information. I'm truly disappointed. The flavours of the drink are also not as good as other brands selling similar...

Kitty and I have been eyeing Beutea 茶仙子 for ages, ever since we checked into the Le Dream Boutique Hotel. We'd pass by this pink paradise on Kimberly Street every day, and the vibrant décor always caught our eye. Finally, we decided to pop in for a treat! The moment we stepped inside, we were completely charmed. The pink theme is so cute and Instagrammable, and the whole place just feels cozy and inviting. We both ordered the White Peach Oolong Milk Tea, and it was absolutely delicious! The tea was perfectly balanced - refreshing, flavorful, and not too sweet. We loved the cute straws they use, too. While there's no table service, the queue system was efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't try any pastries this time, but the selection looked tempting, and we'll definitely be back to explore those next time. Overall, Beutea 茶仙子 is a must-visit for tea lovers and anyone looking for a cute and Instagrammable spot! We highly recommend it to anyone...

I stopped here after having dinner somewhere else to get something refreshing. Most of the drinks have a lot of sugar but you can ask for less and customise the drink accordingly. I had the iced jasmine green tea pure tea with no sugar which was perfect and refreshing with the ice. Plain and simple. The medium size was huge! I couldn't finish it all. They only have two sizes and this was the smaller one! They have a big drinks menu including milk tea, fruit tea and more. There is a small food menu too. Very cool place. Bright with a lot of seating. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Order at the counter and then go to the other side to pick up your drink. Clean. Fast WIFI. ...
