For some context, we came in as a group of 7 and ordered a fair bit of food. The place was around half empty so we weren't expecting the kitchen to be busy at the point of time.
The 2 stars rating was mostly due to the waiting time. We waited for around 30 minutes before the first round of food came, with the remainder slowly coming every 10 minutes after. The unacceptable point was the long waiting time, which would have been better if we had been informed ahead of time. To make things worse, we had to cross-check our own items against the receipt, and inform them for any missing items - only to be notified by them, some of the items were "sold out" after waiting about 40~45 minutes since we ordered. All the items only finally came in about 1 hour after we ordered.
Quality of the food did make up partially for the waiting time, but overall the waiting time still felt excessive. Most food items were of above average quality, and that the variety & novelty of certain dishes is pretty amazing. Ambience and atmosphere is great considering air conditioning and decor of the place. Perhaps we had a different expectation given our perception of traditional dim sum places, but ultimately we believe other places would be better if you have to rush (or on a...
Read moreAll the good reviews are only due to your decorations bcz thats what ppl nowadays like 😗 Visit here for the damn decos rather than foods, foods were good but seriously? Waiting time is awful. The restaurant was not even full and most of the tables were served, yet the service is slow. 😭🤡 Genuinely, just come here for your aesthetic photos and not to fill your stomach. I had to add some more: Not only was the service time is slow, the workers were SO slow minded as well. Like, is it that hard to check and make sure every food was served instead of caring about other tables and only realized when a customer reminded them? Don't get yourself fool of those whatever skinny 网红 live streams/reviews reels, they don't even eat much enough to fill one's stomach. I've seen one streamer streaming there, she didn't even eat a lot and only streamed around talking about how beautiful the place is and how she received a damn rose (yeah, im assuming she only received it because she is advertising their restaurant for free LMFAO) 😶🥺 Honey, just eat more and shut up.. People who streams should talk about the pros and cons more about places like this, nothing good comes...
