I recently visited Nom Nom, a new Thai restaurant that caught my attention thanks to KOL Bobian Bee đ. Excited to try it out, I had high expectationsâand for the most part, they delivered!
First, the food đđ„âabsolutely delightful! Their Miang Kam was a standout â, perfectly balanced in flavors and freshness. As a big fan of this dish, I was thrilled with how well they prepared it! The basil minced meat and petai dishes was another winner, with a fragrant, punchy kick that paired beautifully with rice. I also enjoyed their lemongrass drink đčârefreshing and aromatic!
However, I was surprised to see an extra charge for Tom Yum soup, which I didnât order. I hope to get that refunded soon! đ°đ
The environment was a plusâcozy, well-decorated, and truly captured the essence of Thailand đčđâš.
Itâs a great spot for a casual meal or a small gathering.
However, the service could use some improvement. While the staff was friendly, they werenât as attentive as Iâd hoped. I had to wait longer than expected to get my order taken and follow up on small requests.
Hopefully, they fine-tune this as they settle in. đ€
Overall, Iâd definitely come back for the food! If they improve on service and billing accuracy, this could easily become a top Thai food...
Read moreAbsolutely stunned by the environment â visually relaxing, elegant, and posh, with classical music playing softly in the background. Although itâs a Thai restaurant, the interior is designed in a luxurious European style, creating a unique and sophisticated dining atmosphere.
Tucked away in a quiet industrial factory area, we arrived around 5:30 PM without a reservation and were lucky to be the second customers, scoring a spacious round table. By 6 PM, guests with reservations began streaming in, so itâs best to book in advance.
The food is authentically Thai and delicious. The seafood tom yum soup was a highlight â rich, full-bodied, and bursting with flavour. They offer two types: a clear chicken version and a reddish, thicker seafood version (which we had and recommend).
One slight letdown was the fried sea bass. While beautifully presented â with boneless fish pieces sliced and neatly arranged around the remaining fish â the taste lacked the sweet balance we were hoping for.
Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience. The ambiance, combined with thoughtfully prepared Thai dishes, made it a memorable meal. My family truly enjoyed both the food and the serene yet...

The basil chicken stir-fry packed a bit more heat than expected, even after requesting less spice, but it was still flavorful. The Thai-style paku leaves were a delightful first-time experienceâfresh, fragrant, and delicious. The Tom Yum Seafood was rich and satisfying; while not cheap, the generous portion and fresh seafood justified the price. The restaurantâs atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, perfect for special occasions. Definitely a place to consider for birthday celebrations.
