Worst experience in an Indian food eatery, ever. Nobody greets you, and nobody cares to take your order even after 10 minutes of waiting. Food takes 30 minutes to arrive. And a drink (Teh O ice) will take 10 minutes to arrive. Be prepared to be ignored when you try to catch the waiter's attention and be treated like you're invisible. Nobody cares to listen to your complaints and they won't even care. This shop represents everything what the Indian culture isn't. There's no hospitality and concern for guests. Knew they had one of the best banana leaf food and wanted to try their breakfast options as well. Was so excited to try their puttu 😍 I dint know shops make such delicious puttu 😍 it was so fresh and soft. We also loved their chutneys. We tried pratas thosais appams idly and puttu. Their food is horrible and it is not fully protected clean environment. The foods are exposed to outer vehicle areas and it is prone for food poisoning. Have seen a RAT running towards the kitchen. COCKROACHES is way too many to see. One horrible experience i have gone through with this restaurant.
