Hello Dear Fellow Singaporeans,

Review is probably fake or by Vietnamese only.

Final review; Pleas don’t waste your time and money, we only see Vietnamese eating there, They have a difference treatment, My verdict is we are genuine customers but they are probably rich Vietnamese owned and don’t need money. Open for fun, 😂. So don’t bother patronising. Good Luck if you have a different opinion. Staff Attitude SUCKs except for 1 hardworking skinny fellow.

IMO, This is a place if you have damn a lot of time to kill otherwise please don’t waste your time here.

IMO they are Vietnamese owned. I went there 3 days everyday over 4 days my stay in KSL.

Day 1

1. Service SUCKS big time.
2. Pictures taken on their Menu differs from what they served.
3. I ordered BBQ Sotong, on the Menu it showed 2 Sotong but came miserably 1. My bad, tot I ordered chicken BBQ pictures looks so sumptuous & juicy tot was chicken, when it came it look so pathetic then i realised it was Sotong.
4. Pho Beef Noodles soup was hot as it was in the hot stone bowl but beef & parts was ok only,
5. Waiting time 15mins to 20mins for food to be served,

Day 2

1. my hubby say give them another chance as he have not tired their Vietnamese Hotplate breakfast.
2. When breakfast was served look was Pathetic.
3. we ordered their coffee from Day 1 and 2 no consistency; No need to waste your money.
4. Took 15mins to serve their breakfast

Day 3

1. We ordered a beer and the Vietnamese prawn roll we waited till our beer is finished the roll is still not served, 30mins waiting and prawn roll is still not out:

We ordered beef noodle, sandwiches and rice rolls. The food was not bad. However customer service was a bit disappointing. We came at 6pm during non peak hours. Most of staff couldn’t speak English or Chinese although they were friendly but not attentive.The only person who can speak a bit Chinese ( a Vietnamese guy) can not give us any recommendations for dishes. The menu was thick but we could not find any help with what to order. He kept saying our Vietnamese may like it but you Chinese maybe not like without given us any answer but our ask is what are more popular dishes /option in the shop. He sounds quite arrogant and not welcoming. When we decided to order the dishes, it was so hard to find someone who can take order. That Vietnamese guy just sit at the counter looking at phone. I need to walked over the counter and gave him my order. I think this place was owned by a rich Vietnamese who hired his or her relatives to be the...

I would have wanted to give a better rating but guess the service really fell too short of a 4/5 star.

Tucked near KSL, this food place is a good one to explore. The food is rather tasty and the soup is nice. The pig trotter and meat slices in the noodles was a little too tough.

Service standard was bad... they were slow to response, slow to serve the food too. And they totally forgotten my order. We were there for the Vietnamese roll and was delighted to find out that they do have it here. But we didn’t get an opportunity to taste it cos they didn’t remember our order. If the service was slightly better, they would have deserve at least a 3/4 star.

They do have a room with aircon but the air in there is quite stale and... we were feeding the mozzie. Told them a few times that there were mosquitoes but think the staff didn’t quite...
