I asked, why is there any offers? She repeated the question again âare you paying together or separately â without answering. Then I just said separate and ordered my soft serve. After paying she handed the receipt and said we will call this number. I said okay I will come back shortly since itâs a 15 mins wait. She insisted no we will call the number please wait there (pointing at the waiting area). I said since it will take time Iâll be back. But no again she repeated the same to wait there. Fine then my friends was about to order her drink and asked is the Spanish latte sweet. She asked my friend back âdo you want it sweet?â My friend said no I was just asking whatâs the usual taste? Is it sweet? She rudely said âno my question is do you want sugar or not?â My friend just got annoyed and ordered her drink. How can the cashier speak like that to your customer? So disappointed in the customer service. Please coach her to not speak like this to...
