Booked a table for CNY eve lunch on 28/1/2025 for 2-4pm. Upon arrival, we were told to take a seats outside of the restaurant while waiting for the staff to tidy up the table for us by 2pm. The restaurant is still actively accepting walk ins clients. The restaurant was a bit small as not more than 20 tables, the indoor tables were very limited as well. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We ordered the package of 1188 that comes with 9 dishes namely, Canadian scallop and jellyfish prosperity toss, braised bamboo pilt and crab meats with sharkfin, steamed dragon tiger grouper with garlic and glass noodles, braised abalone and pork trotter in foil, oatmeal and italian herb tiger prawns, Fei Fei stir fry with XO sauce, lotus fragrance rice from the pond, desserts cake and longan desserts. The foods were served quite promptly except the first lousang dish which take a bit of a good 5-minute delay but since the staff had informed beforehand. We were ok with that. We loved the sharkfin that has lots of crab meats and also the oatmeal tiger prawns. The lotus rice was good as well. We didn't like the the Fei Fei stir fry with XO sauce as it was very spicy to our taste buds. Overall the package did not include the drinks, service tax and SST tax. Read more这星期去餐厅用餐,真是一次极其糟糕的体验!首先,我们点的菜足足等了45分钟才上桌,而其他比我们晚到的五桌客人早已拿到食物。我尝试与服务员沟通,他们无奈地表示无法解决,因为厨房还没准备好。最终,我不得不去找经理,他才去厨房催促。
其次,我们被安排在角落的座位,前面被一个大柱子挡住。即使举手叫服务员过来,也很难被发现。大多数时候,我不得不自己走到服务员那里询问订单情况。
第三,菜品中竟然有头发!这在菜的最底部,我差点吃完才发现。当时我只想立刻将已吃的食物吐出来。附上照片作为参考。
第四,食物上桌时已经是冰冷的。等了近一个小时,却得到一份冷冰冰的菜品,让我怀疑这一个小时到底在等什么?厨房究竟在做什么?是否早就准备好了却没有及时送上?
尽管最后餐厅给予了我消费 RM250减 RM50元的优惠券,并免去了那盘饭的钱,但我已经对这家餐厅彻底失去了兴趣。我也不希望其他人经历如此糟糕的用餐体验。因此,我把那张优惠券也丢掉了。
最后,我想劝告大家,千万不要光顾这家餐厅,它会毁掉你的一天!实在是一次非常糟糕的经历!

Dining at this restaurant this week was an extremely unpleasant experience! Firstly, our food took a full 45 minutes to arrive, while five tables that came in after us had already been served. I tried to communicate with the waitstaff, who helplessly stated that there was nothing they could do because the kitchen wasn’t ready. Eventually, I had to seek out the manager, who then went to the kitchen to expedite the order.
Additionally, we were seated in a corner position obstructed by a large pillar. Even if we raised our hands to call for a waiter, it was difficult to get their attention. Most of the time, I had to walk up to the waitstaff to inquire about the status of our order.
Thirdly, there was a hair in our food! It was at the very bottom of the dish, and I only noticed it almost after finishing the meal. At that moment, all I wanted to do was immediately spit out the food I had eaten. I’ve attached a photo for reference.
Fourth, the food arrived cold. After waiting for nearly an hour, we received a cold meal, making me question what exactly I had been waiting for during that time. What was the kitchen doing? Had the food been prepared long ago but not served?
Although the restaurant eventually offered a RM50 discount on a RM250 bill and waived the cost of one dish, I am no longer interested in returning to this place. I also don’t want anyone else to have such a terrible dining experience. So, I discarded the voucher.
