Ali, Muthu & Ah Hock @Menara Hap Seng — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I actually love Ali Muthu ah hock's food especially the food from Ara Damansara & bangsar south outlet. Today I am quite disappointed that I ordered the nasi lemak with ayam goreng that it is not completely cooked and I asked for a new piece of chicken. At first the staff offered to re-fry the chicken for me which I said NO to him.

Best part is when we walked in there was no one at the counter even when we walked till the end at the outdoor seating area, nobody even bother to serve us with just a glance. I had to walk to the cashier to press the bell until someone walked out from no where and I had to ask her how should I order then only she passed me a chit with QR scan.

Also the 2 staff (1 male and 1 female) came out from the kitchen and sat at the counter happily chatting and laughed out loud. Also we heard at least twice that the kitchen dropped something heavy that terrified the customers. This is my worst...

A Disappointing Breakfast Incident！

Early this morning, I decided to have breakfast at a certain restaurant, only to encounter a deeply disappointing experience. As soon as I sat down and before I could even start eating, a passing server accidentally spilled boiled egg water on my back, leaving me feeling frustrated for the entire day. To make matters worse, the server didn't offer any apology and simply walked away.

At the checkout counter, the attitude of the staff was extremely rude. When I tried to explain what had happened, they treated me as if I were at fault. Their impatience and indifference left me speechless and disappointed.

Overall, this dining experience was a letdown, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. To avoid similar unpleasantness, I suggest choosing another place to dine and avoid the frustration I...

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Ali Muthu and Ah Hock. I ordered drinks and roti canai, and while the drinks arrived, my food never did even after 40 minutes of waiting. By the time I tried to complain about my now-cold drink, the staff snatched it away without letting me finish speaking and didn't make a replacement

Throughout the waiting period, I asked multiple times about my food, but the staff were rude and completely unbothered. After 40 minutes, I went to the counter to cancel my order and complain again, only to be told, “If you can’t wait, just cancel and leave” To make matters worse, they even tried to charge me for the cold drink they had already taken back and refused to remake.
