Brilliant 10 day stay at Oasia Suites in Kuala Lumpur for a holiday and to celebrate Wife’s 50th. We were really pleased with the one-bedroom premier suite which had a kitchen, washing machine and the most stunning views, overlooking the city skyline and the KL tower. The suite was immaculate and serviced every day, beds made, fresh towels etc. The kitchen came with double ring hob, a microwave and a large decent fridge/freezer. Nice big bed, comfy big pillows, big telly in bedroom and front room. The rooftop pool is a constant 1.2 metres deep with plenty of space for everyone, air con gym has great views out to the city while you’re working out, free towels and water provided. Restaurant and room service available. We were incredibly impressed with the standard and the friendly team at Oasis. They arranged for a lovely red velvet birthday cake and flowers to be sent to our room for Wife’s birthday with 24 hours notice which she really appreciated. Doors were always opened for you, I asked cleaning staff or more tea, coffee, sugar and this was all provided with ease and a smile. One of the Reception staff showed me how to use the Grab App (like Uber) on my smartphone which was super helpful for me as I’d never used before and was confused on what to do. Using the Grab App was super easy (once you know how) and saved a lot of time, effort and money. The hotel is in a quiet location, but very accessible, with lots of restaurants, bars, convenience stores and shops a short walk away (less than 5 minutes). There is also a small convenience store in the ground floor of the hotel next door (KL Tower) which is super handy. The Oasis Suite is well positioned to access the monorail and the LRT (which you can access both at Bukit Nanas, the station has a covered walkway to the LRT Dang Wangi station), it takes about 10 minutes to walk to Bukit Nanas from the hotel along a shady pathway. The hotel will also organise cars to help you travel around KL or to/from the airport. As a summary, a perfect experience at Oasia Suites. I would highly recommend, whether travelling for pleasure or work, a high standard of facilities and very friendly, welcoming team at Oasis, who always had a smile. Thank you to the whole team for making such a memorable holiday. First class service all round.

Great Location, Friendly Staff, and Comfortable Stay – But Some Maintenance Needed We recently enjoyed a 3-week stay at Oasia Suites Kuala Lumpur, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience with a few areas that could use improvement. Location & Surroundings: The hotel is in a convenient part of the city, within walking distance to several major attractions such as the KL Tower, Petronas Twin Towers, and Bukit Bintang. It's also close to public transport, including the Dang Wangi LRT station and Bukit Nanas Monorail, making it easy to get around the city. Right next door is a 7-Eleven for everyday essentials, and directly across the street is a local restaurant serving tasty Malaysian food at great value. We also loved the weekday street food market nearby – available Monday to Friday at lunchtime – where we tried local snacks and drinks that gave us a real taste of Malaysian flavours. Hotel Positives: The standout feature of Oasia Suites is the wonderful staff. From reception to the pool team, security, and housekeeping, everyone was friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Lynda, who was especially warm and welcoming throughout our stay. We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite, which was slightly warm at times but spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Having a washing machine and stovetop was a real bonus for our extended stay. The suite had a homey feel, and amenities like a full-sized fridge and basic cooking utensils made self-catering easy. What Could Be Improved: While the suite was comfortable, it’s clear the property is in need of some maintenance. A fresh coat of paint, new curtains, and a bit of updating would go a long way. Sleep was sometimes disturbed due to curtains that didn’t quite close properly, a noisy air conditioning unit, and traffic sounds. Our unit was also close to the fire doors by the main elevators, and we heard them slamming quite a bit, which was disruptive, especially at night. Final Thoughts: Despite a few drawbacks, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as Oasia Suites has great potential and already offers a lot in terms of comfort, location, and friendly service.

Quite a wonderful accommodation. We request to change the room to twin bed due to the previous special request was not take in. A wonderful lady and a gentleman on the desk was kind enough to changed it for us and mentioned it was an upgrade. (can I comment that not every staffs are as friendly? LOL) We are from Kedah and attending a training at Hospital HTA. Rooms was spacious and with the necessary facility to suit our 4-Nights stay for 2 of us. However the sound proof is little bad. We can hear other guest talking, kids running next door. (I guess this is quite normal to happen to most of the hotel/air bnb) We requested room makeup daily and they did a great job thou. As a traveler, I do enjoy very much the hotel breakfast, so we don't mind to pay extra to top up for the breakfast. However, there is I thing I would like to feedback that the breakfast time told by receptionist was at 7am, however, the breakfast was NOT fully ready at least by 7.30am, with quite limited choice of food. We request to sit in at 7am sharp (at least this is what their operation hours to serve the breakfast), luckily the kitchen staff allowed that but gave us a feeling that *we are disturbing their work*. LOL Whether I’m staying in a luxury hotel or a quirky hostel, I want to crawl out of my bed, take only a few steps, and have breakfast at the property before starting my day, especially on our training schedule, this make us a big rush for the breakfast, and the staff rejected to pack our breakfast at the last checkout day with the reason Kitchen is closed and they are not able to inform the kitchen staff even their concierge is open 24hours. For me, a good breakfast is a big compliment to the property. Little advise, no matter where does your guest from, local, Asian or international. They deserve the equal treatment. :-D Thank you. P/S: I'm still waiting for your Official Invoices as promised to send to my email by 28/9/2024. Thank you.

I could say, the best hotel ever to stay. As for I was here for working purpose nearby this hotel, I am definitely recommended this hotel to everyone that curious to know more. Everything is great! The breakfast also has got a lot of choices and variety starts from asian menu to west menu. For example, Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng, rice porridge with a lot of condiment. Then you can also found sausage, hash brown and scramble egg, which is soo good. There were also pastry, even toasted bread with a lot of spread. Then, salad with dressing sauce. Comes with cereal also, then fruits and yogurt. For coffee lovers, dont worry you can brew the coffee as well. For the room, was very clean and comfy. The bed is not that soft but not too stiff also. Just nice, but the pillow ah, i tell you, sooo pillowy and fluffy plus very comfy ! Just laid down your head and it will sink into it. Without you realized, you will fall asleep quickly. Although I dont really like the glass door in the bathroom, which is you have only 1 sliding door to cover either one of two toilets. But dont worry, there is another door you can closed the whole toilet from outside. The heater is working, but water too hot. Need to have a good adjusting skill to get the temperature that you want 😂 One thing I love about this room, there was a washing machine provided with a fridge and induction cooking set. This is so life saving. Although I still dont get it how to use dryer because my clothes still wet after using the washing machine+dryer. But its totally worth it! (maybe depends on the selection of room) Not all room includes washing machine and all stuff as per my room. Iron and board also provided, with hair dryer as well. There are two TVs provided, one in bedroom, another one at living hall. But the channel is limited. But hey, I came here for work so, this is not really bothering me. One thing that I amazed so much is, the rooftop pool which offered you the greatest view of Kuala Lumpur Tower. Majestic ! Next time you want to come here, please go to swimming pool! It is a must ! The pool is not that big by the way. The gym also quite complete with equipments. I just love it ! (Psst! You may also try to request room that facing KL Tower and high floor, but thats upon availability). Oh another thing to highlight, this hotel is located at the end of Lorong Pramlee, and the lobby to drop off/pickup is not that spacious. Plus, the road infront hotel is so steep so be careful of the ramp that is inclining at a level where some cars might crashed/dragged their bumper to the road. Oh here, you may leave you luggage at receptionist for a while, for let say you came early than check in time / after check out. The staff is very helpful. You may asked them, and they will serve you. Staff is friendly and nice. If you wondering what is the nearby public transport, you may look into Monorel Raja Chulan or Monorel Bukit Nanas. As for me, personally I think, Monorel Raja Chulan is nearer to Oasia Hotel, by walking through road 'Jalan Tengah' instead of you walking via main road alongside Jalan Sultan Ismail. Overall, Oasia is a great place to stay. Thank you all ! I...
