I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. When we arrived, there were no other customers being served, yet our simple order of 2 rice sets took over 25 minutes to arrive.

We specifically requested leg or drumstick (thigh part), but were both served chicken chest pieces instead. When I politely asked for a change, the cashier was extremely rude and said that if we wanted drumsticks, we’d have to wait another 45 minutes.

I brought a friend visiting from Singapore, and I felt so embarrassed by this whole situation. It left a really bad impression, and honestly, I expected better service and attitude from a known restaurant.

I went there for lunch with my colleague. The environment was cozy and comfortable enough to have lunch with friends.

What I did not like are: There were so many beggars and sellers coming and pushing us to buy tissues and kerepek, which made me feel uncomfortable. The staff did not allow us to choose drumsticks for more than 2 sets. We ordered 3 sets of Ayam Bakar, but they only allowed us to choose drumsticks for 2 sets. I do not understand the reason behind this. It should be first come, first serve.

Being their regular customer, I have noticed that the sambal in their packets is no longer as spicy as before. It seems to have become sweeter instead of retaining its spiciness. I'm unsure if they have made changes...

This restaurant/franchise didn't meet the quality expectation compared to the other Wong Solo. Major expect is cleanliness; a lot of things can be improved. Second, the food presentation. I commented as per I've been served and the serving is awfull. Rarely I've seen like this at the other Wong Solo but mine was awfull. And something about the taste is really off. I don't know what really happened here but seems like its very different from the other Wong Solo.

As located at the center of the busy city, there's foreigners are coming to this restaurant and I don't like what the restaurant represent here. Way more to improved.
