Made the biggest mistake to dine in here, Big Regrets 🙃! If it was not for my kids who craved for satay as there's a satay stall in front of this shop. And of course the kids wanted to eat those satays there. And me also hungry need to eat & order something. Requested less spicy for my Nasi goreng Pad prik seafood & som tam. Both came at highest spicy level that my mouth & stomach burned. I have gastric & explained to the waiter I cannot eat very spicy. They changed my som tam, no apologies whatsoever, but my fried rice I was forced to eat it. They failed so much-the taste was only too salty, sweet & overly spicy. And the worst part was how rude the staffs were. Only the guys were nice, friendly & polite. But all the women there extremely rude. If could they just wanted to throw the plate to your table. And the big cashier woman with heavy make up was the worst among them. Face full with hatred, spoke with arrogance & acted with hate even towards even my small children! I was so tempted to ask her what was her problem but I don't want my Night to be worse & waste my breath with the such type of people. I think this business owner never care nor read about his Google ratings & reviews as most of people complained about the rude staffs, service & the bad food here. Those are years of same reviews, apparently nothing changed. Just avoid coming here at all cost if you don't want to ruin your days & mood. This will be my last visit. But you guys can buy the Satay that's located in front the shop called Boy Satay. They are nice & serve customers well. And I think they're independent stall that rented a place from this shop. Their satay are also nice &...
Read moreI feel cheated with the price. Seeing some of the comments here, it seems I am not the only one. How can 4 people eat can be more than rm100? We did not even order high price stuffs like ikan bakar, squid, or even prawn. Only tomyam, fried rice, mee celup, keropok, french fries and drinks. I wanted to calculate myself, they don't even provide proper receipt, only gave me order list, which I don't understand the writings. The food is also terrible. The fries tastes like overused oil, mixed with multiple flavors, slammed with MSG, tomyam tastes like prawn (I allergic to prawn), even i ordered chicken tomyam (why did they cooked together, or maybe its alredy precooked) and it also tasted too much MSG. Never been to malay restaurant and been charged more than rm100 for something I ordered similar items. Even the staff has bad attitude. Everything is bad in this place, and it ruined my evening. And it maybe the last restaurant I want to go in Kampung Baru, because I been cheated many times before in this area, become...

Tomyam Ayam with White Rice Decent portion and the amount of the ingredients is quite plenty. Taste okay.
Udang Goreng Tepung Actually ordered sotong goreng tepung but the staff that was taking my order was mistaken but it's fine for me. Abundant number of decently sized prawns in the serving. The prawns has been shelled out slightly. The deep fried batter is quite thick in texture and taste good.
THE GOOD • Pretty good selection of foods and drinks to choose from • The menu price is reasonable • Very close to LRT Kampung Baru metro station • Located within the vibrant eatery area of Kampung Baru with rows of food stalls, restaurants and bistros
THE NOT SO GOOD • Cash payment only • Can get pretty crowded with customers...
