Bubble Bee Cafe — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at a cafe recently, largely due to the poor attitude and behavior of the owner. From the moment I entered, I felt an unwelcoming atmosphere that seemed to stem from the owner's demeanor. The owner appeared disinterested and even rude, showing no enthusiasm or willingness to assist customers. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.

Moreover, the owner's attitude extended to the service provided. The staff seemed demotivated and lacked the necessary training to deliver a pleasant customer experience. They were slow in taking orders, made mistakes with the food and beverage requests, and showed a lack of basic courtesy.

To make matters worse, the quality of the food and drinks was subpar. The coffee I ordered was lukewarm and tasted stale, while the pastries were dry and unappetizing. It was clear that little care or attention was given to the preparation of the menu items.

Overall, my experience at this cafe was deeply unsatisfactory, primarily due to the poor attitude and demeanor of the owner. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable...

I'm surprised to see many good reviews for this place. Maybe no one faced what I gone through here. Went with my lil girl after a tiring hot day. Excited about the place, looks cool and welcoming. I entered around 5.30pm and I can see that the person who took order was not welcoming at all. I was the only Indian there, others was all white. The person who took ordered asked me if I'm sure want to order as they are closing soon, 30mins left. Can't I finish waffle in 30mins?? Well, I proceed to order as my lil girl got excited dy. As all the others left the place, the workers greet them, said bye, see u soon. But before 10mins to 6pm, they started to close the main entrance. I quickly got the waffle and drink and left the place, but non bother to say anything to me. If you want to close so fast, maybe should have last order time, don't except order. I pay for my food, not having it for free. If it's not for my girl, I would have not buy anything from here. Or is this place only for tourists? I'm not coming again and I don't recommend this place. How was the waffle and drinks? Yeah,...

The first time I passed by this cafe, I felt like it'll be a really cozy place to have brunch or coffee time. Then, I got this opportunity to come here with my friend and yeah, the inside is better than I thought! The place is well decorated and pleasant to eyes. The music also lift up the mood and the waiters is really kind. Cannot ask for more for the ambiance and services lol.

I ordered grilled chicken panini and got free cold pressed juice as it was lunch time. My friends ordered latte and the waffle. When my order came, I know that it'll be good and filling. I should admit that the taste is really nice whole I have a preference for it to be a lil bit more flavourful. However, it was really nice! The chicken is juicy and the bread is crispy in the outside. I love it!

My friend's waffle and latte looks Hella good as well tbh. I tried the waffle and it's amazing! One thing that I really like is, the pictures in the menu isn't a lie at all! Which is rare to find nowadays ahaha. Oh well, keep it up with the good service...
