Finally got a chance to try this place. Heard the original famous shop is in Malacca and they finally opened a branch in the heart of KL. Wanted to sit down and dine but actually realized I was in a rush so had to do a takeaway. They do have quite a number of flavours of mille crepes for selection but not all were interesting to me. I managed to select a few but there were some which were unavailable also and in the end narrowed down to 2 flavours. The staff there were quite friendly and helpful in assisting me in the selection of flavours. Asked me for my preference before recommending me the top favourites in the shop as well as the flavours which might be of interest. Quickly took 2 pieces and paid and left. Shop didn't have many customers thought it would be quite conducive to sit down and enjoy but will have to make it the next time. Had the 2 slices of Mille Crepe over the next 2 days and I have to say its pretty good. Quite a tough contender with some of the good cafes selling Mille Crepe cakes but this one is rather good and value for money. Would love to visit some other time and try out the other flavours and also enjoy a cup of tea while eating. The original one is definitely a recommend and tea lovers can try the...

Extremely disappointed with the level of service at this branch, which is far below the standard of the Melaka main branch. Upon arrival, the waiter (wearing glasses, seems to be the supervisor?) already started bragging about the crowds queueing at the cafe (stairs), giving a poor first impression. When we asked for a table for seven, he claimed he couldn’t combine tables due to an uneven floor, yet proceeded to seat smaller groups, leaving us queueing cluelessly. When I politely questioned this, he falsely accused me of “scolding” him. His response was to become rude and aggressive towards me and my guests who were waiting in line with me. We decided to leave without saying anything further. To the owner/founder reading this, I hope you realize the importance of hiring competent, trained staff who can treat customers with respect and professionalism. This experience has left me very disappointed, and I will not be returning to this...

Places like these probably have to evolve beyond their pretentious projections. While the crepe cakes were good no doubt, competitors are a plenty with an equivalent tier of products and skill. Also I do want to eat some other nice baked stuff at a 'bakery' other than just that one thing...

Staff were horribly inexperienced and just lacked the professionalism expected, though no direct fault of their own being fresh out of the oven (but well, at such price points with added charges?)

Some of the drinks were just an outrage having so little effort/thought with the audacity to slap double digits on them (ah yes always those "fruit" coolers). Thankfully, my coffee was acceptable at the very least.

The kicker comes from having my butt dragged through massive crowds, a difficult to access locality, scorching heat, wallet getting swiped at upper market prices in a crowded tiny space with nothing exceptional either in taste,...

The shop is located on the upper floor, but the entrance to the staircase is a bit hidden. Inside, it’s actually quite spacious, air-conditioned, and a cosy spot to escape the afternoon heat. Some of their premium crepe flavours, like the matcha adzuki, are only available on weekends. We tried the RM16 (June 2025) crepe (Original and chocolate) - the cakes were pretty, definitely Instagram-worthy, and not overly sweet, which we appreciated. But sadly, like many other reviews mentioned, my Signature Original was really greasy. The cream seems to be more of a buttercream or shortening mix (since it was served at room temperature), which left an unpleasant oily mouthfeel. Mille crepes should have light, whipped cream layers, but this just felt heavy and cloying. I struggled to finish it. The drinks were nicely presented though. Just note - they do add a service charge, but there’s no actual table service since you order at the counter.
