Chagee 霸王茶姬 - Suria KLCC — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Dropped by Chagee at Suria KLCC recently and had a really good experience. I ordered the White Peach Oolong Milk Tea, it was super tasty! The tea was smooth, not too sweet, and had a nice balance. Really refreshing and just what I needed after walking around the mall.

What made the visit even better was the service. All the staff and manager, Miss Atom, handled everything so well. Even though I was having some problems with ordering via the ChageeApp, Atom’s attitude made the whole visit more pleasant. You don’t always get that kind of service, especially during weekend busy hours.

And about the place was also clean and well-organized, so it’s a nice spot to chill for a bit or take a break while shopping. Overall, I’m happy with both the drink and the service.

If you’re here at KLCC and want a good cup of milk tea, I definitely recommend...

Extremely disappointed with the service at this location today. The staff taking my order had an unprofessional attitude from the start—no smile, no warmth, and didn’t even ask about my sugar preference (basic for any drink order!).

When I noticed the mistake and politely asked to adjust the sweetness, the cashier responded with loud sighs, eye-rolling, and visible impatience. Their dismissive body language and annoyed tone made me feel like an inconvenience for requesting a standard customization.

It’s a shame—this is supposed to be a reputable brand, but one staff member’s rudeness completely ruined the experience. Great brands are built on consistent service, not just products. Train your team properly or hire people who actually...

The oolong flavor was rich and fragrant, perfectly balanced with a light, refreshing peach note. Not too sweet, just the right blend of creamy and tea-forward.
