Chakri Xpress — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Ordered the chicken chop. As the food was given to me, I saw there was hair ON THE CHICKEN. I told them that there was hair. The worker, stared and looked for the hair on the chicken, and said in a singing Indonesian tone "mana, mana, mana. Oohhhh,....." and as he PICKED UP THE HAIR WITH HIS BARE HANDS, he said, again in a singing manner, "ooohhh ini bukan rambut" (oh its not hair). And gave me back the food, and said again its not hair - when he actually already pick it up and threw it away! He walked away after that leaving the chef to give me back my food!!! Such atrocious behaviour and appalling!! I SCREAMED SO LOUD demanding new food to be given to me. I also told him, don't be rude by saying its not hair. I know what I saw. He then asked me to calm down and stop screaming. Well, who wouldn't??! I got the new food in the end. It was lousy. Management need to check their worker's rude behaviour and how the...

This shop is part of the food court at klcc convention center. We always ordered the set which comes with popia, tomyam and salad on the side.

Have tried nasi goreng pattaya and nasi goreng or was it just rice with chicken basil. Both are good. But thw problem is the taste is so inconsistent 😂😂 sometimes sedap sometimes meh but dont know why we still go back there again lol i guess its among the sedap ones for rice meal at the foodcourt. Will try the pasta next although its supposed to be a thai food shop 😂

Also the menu is not the same as the other chakri but they are under the same company.
