The most sluggish, slow and rude outlet among all the ZUS outlets. I went to this Sapura outlet on 8.Jun. 25 at 16.40 pm to buy a cake. We stopped for the first time but found no staff at all. So we assumed the staff had gone out to the washroom. We went to the Mesra cafe for a while and returned to this Zus outlet hoping that the staff would be there. But unfortunately the staff was still not there at that time. So my friend called hello.. Hello and suddenly a staff came out from under the cashier machine, snorted followed by a very angry face. Once I saw the angry face showed by the staff, so started to say, adik senyum sikit. But she still had an angry face. When I had made the payment I asked if her name was SUHAILA BINTI SALMAN? She replied that it was not my name. And I asked what her name was and she said her name was HANESYA. For me the management should monitor the CCTV of this outlet. From there you will know how your staff work. If she is a good staff she suppose to be more responsible, first, she will come out when she hear a customer coming instead of waiting for someone to call. Train your staff and make changes since your outlet is in the middle of the city. Beside your outlet service is teribble, your staff attitude also worse. They can make your customer become annoy and angry. From the reviews, many people have complained but I think the owner, manager or management doesn't care about the bad reviews of this outlet. The service is bad, the staff attitude is bad, the drink they make is not even tasty, tasteless and different from other outlets. Don't waste your money for this outlet....

I tried to order my coffee for pick-up through the app, but I couldn't find the outlet name. When I asked her, she responded rudely without even looking up from her phone. I couldn't hear her properly, so I asked again, and she ignored me. On my third attempt, she answered in an annoyed tone. When I eventually found the outlet name on the app, it showed as closed. I asked her why, and she replied, 'Oh, because there were too many orders earlier,' again without making eye contact. She didn't bother to inform me initially that they had closed ordering through the app, leaving me confused and feeling disrespected.
ZUS Sapura Lot 91, please teach your staff proper manners and customer service. You lost a regular customer this morning due to this experience.
