I was still drinking my tea and there was still time before closing.Suddenly, they turned off the lights without any notice. That made us feel like we were being pushed out, even though we were still enjoying our drink. As customers, we deserve at least a polite reminder not lights turned off while weāre still seated. Everyone thought there was still time. Why turn off the lights without informing the customers first? I was drinking my tea that I already paid for. Suddenly, they said they were closing and told me to take my food and leave. I understand if the shop is closing, but this is not the right way. If they had just politely told me earlier, I could have finished in 2 or 5 minutes. Why rush us like that? We came as customers, we paid for our drinks and food. At least give us a little respect. We werenāt asking for much , just a calm moment to eat, drink, and leave peacefully. I hope the staff can improve in the future by communicating better, not just switching off lights while people are still inside.Very disappointed with the service today. My friend and I came to eat, not to be rushed or pushed...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy first Tea Garden experience was at KLIA2 upon arrival from a short vacation. KLIA2 is however far for just breakfast. I am soooooo glad to find they have opened one in the heart of KL. Yay!
As per my first experience, love the food!Love the ambience. There is definitely something for everyone in the family so this awesome. :) I came here with my husband, 5yo fussy eater and my local cuisine eater mum. š
The restaurant is very easy to find.
It is also great that they open early - my parents are early risers. š Since we were early, the restaurant was āoursā and there was ample parking space.
Portion is good for 1 person. Hot drinks are served HOT. :) Waiting time is good, not sure how it is during busy times.
Ambience is great. Clean. Love that they keep they premise bright. Great place for family and friends. I would say I prefer going there for lunch or dinner as the āstomachā would be more awake but breakfast works too.
p/s: Parking rate is high - city centre price....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe food here was genuinely good, but Iām deeply disappointed with the service. One of the Nepali staff members, Nirmal, laughed at my broken teeth, and shockingly, his colleaguesāincluding the Nepali supervisor Oliājoined in. Bear in mind that this is a second time for Oli. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and reflects poor hospitality standards. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects extremely poor hospitality. People get bullied every day, and many suffer in silenceāsome even lose their lives because of it. It may seem like a joke to them, but it can leave deep emotional scars. As a customer, I came here to enjoy a meal, not to be humiliated. Customers should be treated with respect and dignity, not mocked for their appearance. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures proper training on basic manners and customer service, please and please educates the team about respect, empathy, and basic...
