Chagee @ LOT 91 KLCC — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place. The staff is poorly trained and downright awful. We arrived at 9:19 a.m., and the front person, Nick, was absolutely terrible. First, I’m not even sure if he speaks English properly, as I could barely understand him. Second, he talks so softly and mumbles like a mosquito—completely unfit for someone who deals with customers daily. The mall wasn’t busy, and we were the only customers, yet I struggled to hear him.

Third, it took him a ridiculous 10 minutes to tell us that we couldn’t order milk tea because he couldn’t figure out how to use the system. When I asked if he could process it manually, he said no. I even suggested labeling it differently to match the price, but he refused outright without even trying or hesitating. At that point, I told him to forget the tea altogether, and he didn’t care in the slightest. Of course, why would he? It’s not his business, so why bother?

I feel embarrassed for the manager for having staff like this representing their establishment. This level of incompetence and indifference is...

I recently visited Chagee Lot91 at KLCC and had the pleasure of being served by Nick. Their performance was outstanding! From the moment I approached the counter, they greeted me with a warm smile and were genuinely enthusiastic about helping me choose a drink.

Nick demonstrated impressive knowledge of the menu and made great recommendations based on my preferences. I was particularly impressed by how they took the time to customize my order, ensuring I got exactly what I wanted.

Even during a busy rush, they remained attentive and friendly, making sure every customer felt valued. Their positive energy truly made my visit enjoyable.

Very poor service attitude. Please train your staff properly before letting them serve customers. We ordered our drinks online, which were supposed to come with a pin , but when we went to collect them, one of the malay girl staff said there was no need to give it to us. At the same time, the drink we ordered did not have enough ingredients to be made, yet no one informed us in advance. Instead, the staff simply changed our order without our consent.
