I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place. The staff is poorly trained and downright awful. We arrived at 9:19 a.m., and the front person, Nick, was absolutely terrible. First, I’m not even sure if he speaks English properly, as I could barely understand him. Second, he talks so softly and mumbles like a mosquito—completely unfit for someone who deals with customers daily. The mall wasn’t busy, and we were the only customers, yet I struggled to hear him.
Third, it took him a ridiculous 10 minutes to tell us that we couldn’t order milk tea because he couldn’t figure out how to use the system. When I asked if he could process it manually, he said no. I even suggested labeling it differently to match the price, but he refused outright without even trying or hesitating. At that point, I told him to forget the tea altogether, and he didn’t care in the slightest. Of course, why would he? It’s not his business, so why bother?
