This place may give off that luxurious feel but that only applies to the high food/beverage prices and lovely view. We were the only customers at the time and I can confirm without a doubt that the service was mediocre. The waitress was inattentive and barely noticed or heard me when I raised my hand to call for her so I can’t imagine how bad the service will be when it is a full house.
Our ‘pan seared barramundi’ main dish (RM52) was average at best and part of the fish was tough due to being overcooked. The ‘hainan toast with kaya’ (RM15) was great but most cafes are expected to get a simple dish like this right. For beverage, we went for the ‘rosemary blueberry smashed’ soda water (RM15 a glass) that is only available in their special menu and they actually forgot to add in the syrup so the drink tasted exactly like tasteless soda water at first. Even for dessert, the ‘mango pearl sago’ was not very good in taste and only beautiful in presentation.
All-in-all, I expect more from a place that serves expensive dishes and drinks besides a nice view and excellent food presentations. If this place does not improve, I certainly won’t be surprised if more people give 1 star reviews after experiencing what I...

It paired wonderfully with earthy green tea soba noodles and a crisp, colorful salad on the side. Refreshing and filling without being too heavy.
Then came the classic Eggs Benedict – poached eggs with perfectly runny yolks, sitting on toasted English muffins with sautéed mushrooms and sausage. The hollandaise sauce was velvety and rich, tying the whole dish together.
What sets Parkview Café apart is not just the food, but the view – imagine enjoying your meal with the KLCC towers towering right in front of you. It’s a great blend of nature, architecture, and good food.

The waiter served the dessert first. It was abnormal that he served the dessert but not the main course first in a Premium Western cafe at KLCC.
20 min later, with the effort following up with the waiter, then only the so-called big portion of nasi lemak was served.
Have no idea why the chef needs to take a long time to get the nasi lemak ready, while the pizzas could be served in a short time for many other tables who came in afterwards.
