We tried the Autumn 6 course menu. This excludes the amuse bouche, which comprises of 3 tasty morsels of delight. Service here is impeccable, dining ambiance comfortable. At each seat, you are given the menu served, which i think every restaurant should do. Their timing is also very good, we do not need to wait long for the next course to be served. This is what we were served - Hyogo Oyster with green chili, caviar, picked shallot - 10/10 Grilled fish cake with lemongrass, thai spices - 7/10. We were not served the traditional Thai fish cake, instead it was otak otak which was a tad too strong, real fish cake would be better. Goong Sarong which is King Prawn with wrapped filo pastry that provided the crunch - 10/10. (this was the star dish that earned them a Michelin). The Lost Recipe which is Tom yum with wild caught river fish. There was a starfruit in the broth. We requested for less spice but it was fiery, too spicy for us. Imagine what spicy would be like. 7/10 Royal Prawn with highland rice which was really fragnant and aromatic- 9/10. Prawns were very fresh, in summary this was almost like a prawn menu. Dessert was average.
This menu cost RM550++, definitely expensive. It is good to come at least once if you can afford it. One thing is that the toilet is outside in the building, it would be good if such a high class restaurant has its own toilet for the comfort of its guests. And the general toilet outside is 3/10. Surprising to see that they have squat toilet version in such a newly built premise. Also the fittings and materials used were...

Starting with the food. I never imagined Thai food can be served with that level of elegance until my visit here. I particularly like the soup, where they introduced that there was a Thai royalty appointed doctor invented to cure their queen. I canāt verify the story but after the first taste of that soup, I would even believe it can cure cancer or depression.
Also, kudos to our server named William. He is the kind of a package that combined with professional, friendly, attentiveness and many more! We were celebrating our anniversary so naturally my wife wanted to leave some memorable photos. He took the effort to show us around the restaurant, and the most impressive thing is, he really knew when to take a step back to leave us alone so we wouldnāt felt too awkward.
While the price is the only drawback (RM498 per pax, not inclusive of wines), I think this really attract the customers who appreciate a bit more privacy. You wonāt be disturbed by unwanted nuisances. So overall itās still worth every penny for the food and service weāve got.
I look forward to the next visit and thanks for going...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI travel to Thailand a lot for business and when I'm back in Malaysia I really do miss the indulgent authentic thai cuisine that I miss so much.
So one fine day I decide to give this a try after hearing great reviews from friends. And upon entering, the ambiance envelops you in elegance and warmth, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The decor, inspired by traditional Thai motifs, seamlessly blends modern sophistication with timeless charm, creating a truly enchanting atmosphere.
Every bite I took takes me back to the great memories I had in Thailand. The highlight for me is the Goong Sarong by Chim, waseh, the crab meat avocado melts in my mouth, really unbelievable experience.
The signature royal prawn with southern thai red curry also left a strong impression. The portion is generous and the curry had a bit of sourness in it which didn't overpower the original taste of the prawn.
Overall a great experience, was pretty crowded that day so service is expectedly slightly slow but the food just blew it off the park.
Sorry no pics were taken that day because I was too hungry and I ate before I could take...
