Used a Fave voucher for Cranswick Shiraz, but instead was given 2 bottles of mediocre wine. Total misrepresentation and false advertising. When I requested to be only given Cranwick Shiraz, the reply that I was given was they had run out of stock. If that's the case, they shouldn't be offering on Fave. Furthermore I would not be able to get a refund after your waiter had swiped the voucher. I had requested for complimentary tapas as to compensate their inadequacy, but was flatly rejected and given feeble excuses. Extremely inhospitable environment if you're looking for a good time. The icing on the cake is you calling us unruly and uncouth!!! In what way were we unruly and uncouth??? You owe...

Dropped by for dinner and drinks with some friends at their Publika Outlet..1st of all..most of the food from the menu wasn't available..and then it took so long for the food to arrive..and worst is the quality of my prawn creamy cabonara was so bad..i was looking forward for it as I tried their food before @ttdi outlet..spoke to a guy who introduced himself as a mixologist and only then I got to know that ttdi outlet and publika are 2 separate owners/business..The TTDI outlet is called Elli Rocks now and that's where to go for great food, drinks and music.
