This is the worst noodle shop I have ever had, their foreign workers treat customers like beggars. My son and I went in sat down and ordered two dine-in portions and one for take away. I ordered herbal chicken rice. When the female foreign worker served me the herbal chicken rice and I was prepared to eat, suddenly she came and took my rice away rudely and brought into the kitchen for no reason then brought it back to me again without any explanation or apology. Lastly we finished our meals and go to the cashier to pay, and I politely asked the lady boss that I had order one for take away too. The lady boss replied that they are preparing my take away now. Hello, I ordered it earlier together with my dine in meals 45 mins ago, they should get my take away ready. She asked me to pay 1st and wait for awhile then I paid and asked her help to speed up because I'm in the rush. She just ignored me and continue with her cashier works. After that, the female foreign worker passed me the take away then I walked out, then again she chased out and grab my take away rudely again without any explanation and apology. I went back in and checked with the lady boss, she said they gave me the wrong item and they still preparing my take away. I lost my patience eventually and I asked for refund the take away, she keep on claimed that the food was ready and she refund my money with a frastrated face. The funny part is she never scold her workers at all during entire incident. I was wearing short pants and sandals at that time, maybe this is the reason she and her workers treated me like beggers. I will never enter to this Face to Face Jalan...
Read moreVery disappointed with the Abalone and Truffle mee. Ordered 1 each, but brought up 3. Asked them to bring back one. Staffs didn’t seem to understand order. Charged us for 3 bowls of mee the cashier counter.
Mushroom were hard and not tasty. Abalone are smaller than 5 cents size. When I almost finished my mee, I found a short strand of hair at the bottom of the bowl. Made me feel nauseating after the food. There was a short lady with short hair staff walking around the restaurant BAREFOOTED. I hope the boss can see to it.
Update on 10/1/24 - cashier initially charged 3 bowls, after we pointed out, then she reduced to 2 bowls. If we didn’t check, then we will be...
Read moreBest sarawak kolok mee in KL I would say. Being a Sarawakian myself, being away from home, the kolok mee taste like home. Very generous with the minced pork. Wanna congratulate the chef for making this dish authentic sarawakian. Next time wanna try the chilli sauce sarawakian noodle which sounds like sibu kampua mee. Also tried the laksa. Not bad. The soup was abit too mild for me. Needed to add the belacan that comes with it. Overall, a very satisfying meal. Will definately order again. Side note: probably need to improve on the packaging when order via grab. The laksa and drink...
