Your rude waiter kicked us out after we entered and sternly asked us to leave or "go sit outside" when we were already seated inside.

It was the manager that called us to enter, but he ruled the manager and kicked us out, "because the place is fully booked", he said, while there was no 'Reserved' at the table we were seated.

He treated us like BEGGARS.

This specific waiter is the one you called "Jeff" (if not mistaken) and from Borneo (Sabahan maybe).

We have been very regular customers and all your long time crews already knew us. Not only we dined here so often, we also held more than 7 events here with appx. 30 guests each (before MCO restriction).

Without regard and respect to my elderly aged mom, he also kicked her out just like that. My mom is the most regular among us and she was the one who's been bringing so many contacts to this place.

We tolerated once, but he repeated twice! He kicked us out TWO TIMES in our two different visits, even the lady boss did once told him to not to do that again.

Enough insulted twice, we're not coming here anymore. Who knows what excuse he will use next time to kick us out?

We've been very nice to all your staffs everytime we dine here, treat them like friends and never offend them. Why do we get such evil in return?

If we were wrong, why did we even allowed to be entered at first place and got seated?

It's better now that we had switched to other restaurants in TTDI and Penchala for regular dinings and events.

We had stop promoting this place to anyone as we do not want anyone to experience such rude service.

There is a problem with worker behaving like boss and against customer's rights.

As long as you still employ him, he is making you losing more...

Occasionally I visit this restaurant when I am on this side of town and generally I have a good experience but today’s visit left me rather flabbergasted.

I have no complains about the taste of the food, but rather the lack of food to taste - specifically my side dish. I ordered beef lasagna ā€˜served with a side salad’ as it says in the menu but all I was served was disappointment (and ONE piece of lettuce) 🄲

I asked the waitress is this is all, genuinely thinking my salad fell on the floor en route to me, to which she said nonchalantly ā€˜iya’

When I brought this up to the cashier he said ā€œOH MEMANG SALAD MACAM NI. Kalau daun kecil, kami bagi 2 helai, kalau daun besar, kita bagi 1 helai jeā€ and apparently my lettuce was the big one 🄲🄲

Am I delusional? Is this standard practice? Are times really that hard? Is lettuce now a scarce commodity? Or worse yet, on the brink of extinction? I totally had a flashback of all the restaurants I have visited in my lifetime during this conversation and I don’t ever recall being given only 1 poor piece of lettuce to munch on… šŸ¤”

I don’t know to laugh, cry or be upset. Please, please, don’t deprive me of my fibre intake or mislead me into thinking that I can have some semblance of a balanced meal with my lasagna (which was yummy - possibly the only silver lining of this review). If 1 piece of lettuce really is all there is to it, either we (all salad lovers) are doomed or we (paying customers facing exorbitantly inflated prices) are doomed. What a criminally offensive world that would be to live in.

Sekian...

It was really really bad. My family and I just had dinner over there just now. we made a reservation at 8.15,but by 9pm I haven't even got the appetizer yet. When I talk to this lady who o assumed is the manager she just simply said it's a full table tonight so they have to follow the sequence. Fine I still can accept that, however after we get our order, all the food is cold. I just cannot accept that. Why would I wait for almost an hour for a cold food? My brother order a medium rare steak but u gave me well done instead. And their is one lady staff really rude. When she sent out the order we told her we haven't get burger. And she just yell at me and ask "burger apa" . When I inform your staff about the steak he just smile and walk away without any solution. I told your lady manager about what happened during payment time, she just said "I don't know,I don't know how that thing happened, I'd know why the kitchen crew did that, I don't know" . Like seriously ??? We paid rm350 for our cold meal and that's all u said. Yes she did say sorry, but we can tell that she don't even bother. . It was a horrible experience, all the rice dish taste great but it will be greater if it's not cold. So dispointed. My parents come all the way from senawang after they watch you...

Had a great RM22+ mushroom melt burger there. The patty was succulent, the accompanying vegetables were fresh, the chips at the sides were really well fried, and the additional mushroom sauce served together completed the meal! I believe honey mustard was used to write the m.melt words. The chilli at the edge was a tad bit too sweet for me. I'd give 4.5 stars if Google allowed because the server did not ask how I want the beef. So I'd just round it up to 5 stars because my colleagues complimented their briyani, nasi goreng kampung, nasi kerabu, and chicken chop. Would definitely eat there again. Update: I came to eat again, and had the country chicken burger. Needless to say, I'm thoroughly satisfied once more!

I ordered ikan masak lemak belimbing buloh. But apparently theres no belimbing buloh. Such a rip off. Asked the waiter and the waiter say "mmg takde belimbing buloh dlm ni" so i said u should have put in your menu. Ayam masak lemak only. We also ordered sea bass. However the sea bass was abit dry. The skin was dark almost burned. Any extra second definitely burned. And they really like to drenched the food with blackpepper. The only reason why im giving it a 2 instead of 1 because they manage to change my sons side orders to grilled veggies instead of fries and slaw due to allergen.
