*(POST 2019 RENOVATION) After the major 2019 renovation of the foodcourt, cleanliness has improved. However, everytime i visit, the washed cutlery still has oil and food residue on it. The food court has seen a reshuffle of existing food stalls and is made more open and welcoming. The food stall selections has also been added and they hit the jackpot on this one. Overall a great place to go if your looking for food in the vast Pavilion KL. Highly recommended: Toast Box and Korean Hot chicken.

I am a frequent customer here and cleanliness only gets worse. This place has a roach problem, you can frequently spot cockroaches. Tables are always oily even after being wiped, sometimes with food residue left on it. The floors need a revamp or atleast a thorough clean. Supervisors can be seen trying hard to improve this place so that's good. Noteworthy stalls to try include: chicken rice from Sergeant Chicken Rice, Toast Box(always a queue here) that serves kopitiam style food, and the mee jawa/panmee/anything noodles stall. You're better off queueing up for your drinks at Toast Box as the food court drinks stall is expensive and bland tasting. I have read other guides review about the quickness of Pavilion food courts cleaners, but the "Signatures" food court at KLCC always manages to stay squeaky clean with a smaller cleaning crew. All in all still worth a try and would definitely recommend to friends. Just keep in mind of the cleanliness issue. They also want customers to clear their own table and put their trays away, which I think is unacceptable as the food is not subsidised (service charges apply) in any way and not even the KLCC...

After the renovation, this Food Republic is look brighten and its more look clean rather than before, the tables and chair is clean too. One think i don't really like in that place are those food cleaner/washer around the food republic are, we order some lne of the kiosk there then we seating in that area near the washer area, those people that cleaner or washer they are rushing to take our plates even if were not getting done to finish our foods, no excuse also. He just said ("sudah makan?) I said not yet, he said "your already done! i will take those plates. (In a rude manners, the way he talk)

Then i said okay just take it im already done because you make me rushing,. Then i tell to him that next time dont do like that again. He respond again just like he want to fight with me. " your already done! With a mad reactions to me.. Next time i will eat at the food republic then i saw that person i will take his full name to complain at the management because of his rude attitude.., But totaly the place is nice. Worst seller, initially I have placed the order ( traditional pan mee soup ) when nobody was there, and then I accompanied my husband to buy his food. At the same time I saw the Chinese foreigner ordering the Dry chilli pan mee and asking questions about pan mee etc. When I returned to the same place, just within 5 minutes, I stand there and waited to collect my food, I saw the same Chinese foreigner lady already collected her food and mine one still not ready, I kept waiting. Until then 4 persons collected their food, while mine one still not ready, when I asked and said I already ordered , only they started to make mine one, how could be so ridiculous they skipped my order and not even apologised??? I paid for my food and customer service , this is the things I got, food is little potion , they give less anchovies and veggie just 2 small pieces , mushroom barely see and only 1 egg ( which I paid extra 2 MYR) , the food is God blessing and I can’t complain it.
