GO Noodle House, Avenue K — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Bad service and staff not flexible. My parents once visited me and I order takeout for them. Since I want then to try more things, I ordered 2 noodles and many addon/sides to be shared among 3 of us. The soup was not enough so I ask the staff for some extra soup and they rejected me, with the reason they can't use additional bowl due to policy??? I was willing to pay a bit extra but they refused to sell me soup only. Their manager came and said the same thing. Also, they squeezed all my sides in 3 containers till the cover was not tight, I made them rearranged them to 4 containers otherwise the food might spill when I going home. Were they running out of container or what? Anyway that was few years ago and that was the last time I visited this shop. Used to be a regular customer who went there once every 1-2 weeks. Have very bad impression on all Go Noodle House now since by 'policy', that means all their shops offers the same...

First of all, the noodles tasted bland and the price of adding ONE tablespoon of rice wine is RM4.10. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS when a 650ml bottle of rice wine costs approximately RM14! At the same time, pls do not expect any decent service with one good example, waiter refused to allow customer to throw their own rubbish (used face mask wrapped in clean plastic) into the trash bin placed inside the restaurant itself (**not even requesting the waiter to throw it) and directed customer to throw at the nearest restroom.

Well, I hope the management Go Noodles will look into all the bad reviews on customer service in this particular branch. We understand that hiring foreign workers are difficult during this period, but if you are going to continue to have the existing ones treating your customers awfully, you might as well just run a cloud kitchen so your staff will not tarnish your...

I like ordering their Bursting Meatball with spicy soup. Its is very juicy and savory. The spicy soup has a bit of sour combination but feels kind of watery. It seems quality of the food has slumped a little. Portion wise is pretty big, so it definitely fills your belly more than enough.

What I do not liked about this establishment is that the staff would rather be idle and chatting but will always tried to push the QR code Online order. To introduce such a system should have reduce the cost of hiring staff and make the food cheaper. To the Owner, if you are going to introduce self-order system and encourage it, might as well NOT place a SERVICE Charge on the checkout because the customer did not received any face-to-face waiter service to take the order.
