Let’s start with the Good News Serrano Ham and Duck pasta was yummy. I loved the flavour and the crust of the pizza. Pasta was also very flavourful and not as oily unlike other oil based pasta

Now we move on to the Bad News The nice taste of the meal was ruined by the attitude of the waiter (or perhaps policy of the restaurant) that we cannot bring our own water bottles. First of all, it’s not stated outside your restaurant - I checked. It is also not stated anywhere on the menu. Secondly, your waiter wanted to confiscate our bottle to put elsewhere - 2 reasons why I said no: (1) due to forgetfulness, I will forget my bottle; (2) what will stop your wait staff from opening our bottles and adding unwanted stuff in there?

I insisted the bottles be placed in a near proximity to us, if the waiter didn’t want to see it I suggested on the floor. He said no and requested us to put on the next empty table.

I understand if the restaurant policy is to order water, then fine. But this is not the way to enforce it. I suggest informing patrons politely by saying “sorry unfortunately we don’t allow customers to drink their own water, if you wish to have water, please order from us” or something similar. But you charging RM7-8 for filtered water and RM18 for Acqua Panna is really ridiculous - even fine dining restaurant don’t enforce no water bottle policy and this is not not even fine dining restaurant. I am also curious to know, what will happen if I drink my own water, will you also charge me RM7-8? Doesn’t make sense right?

So overall food was good but sadly ruined by this 👆🏼it could’ve been a raveeee review but...

We ordered the beer battered chicken fingers and two types of pizza, the pollo speziato and the rustica cipolla. The chicken tenders were fantastic and both the pizzas were good. I was really impressed with the dough but the toppings though tasty were pretty minimal for the price. We also ordered the Panna Cotta Cioccolato e Caramello for dessert but frankly, it was more of a chocolate mousse and nothing like a panna cotta. So the food was good, but the real let down was the attitude of one particular server. The so-called “foreign” workers there were polite and courteous but when I asked one of the “local” servers for a little extra dipping sauce for the chicken tenders, she told us “If you want more, we will charge you for it.” I mean, I had dinner in W1(a restaurant serving British food) next door the night before and we kept asking for more of literally every sauce they served us and they did so without a problem. This particular dish of chicken tenders came with a sauce on the side which honestly could not have amounted to more than a tablespoon. Goes to show you, the food may be good but this particular young lady and her “attitude” was enough to put me off going back...

Not recommended for big group here. Good food but terrible service.

I made reservation through IG inbox because we are a group of 12 people. Need to check if it is possible. They replied me and confirmed my reservation. On that day when arrived, the staff told us NO reservation was made. Lack of communication between their management and service staffs. I DID NOT ORDER THE LAMB PIZZA, BUT STILL THE SERVICE STAFF INSISTING IT ON ME SAID I MENTIONED THAT. YOUR SERVICE STAFF SHOULD REPEAT MY ORDER TO MAKE SURE I DO NOT ORDER THAT DAMN PIZZA. 😒😒🙄🙄 Then, my friend ordered the pasta never came because it was not ordered. 🙄 Sprite also never served because not being keyed in to the system for order. Thing I didn't order but eventually has to take it, but the pasta and sprite the service staff cannot hear. 🤡

Overall, no next...

Hands down the best proofed pizza dough I’ve had in KL. This place delivers a saucy pizza with generous toppings, but still keeps the base crisp — no soggy bottoms here. You can really taste the difference with the fresh ingredients they use. Went with our all-time favourite, the Carne (loaded with all types of beef), and of course the classic Margherita. Both hit the spot. This is already my third visit, and I’m happy to say the quality has stayed consistent every single time. Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but honestly justifiable — especially for the food quality and prime location (a tourist-friendly spot). Only downside is it makes me think twice before visiting as often as I’d like. Chill vibes, fast and friendly service, and major props to the chef for consistently delivering amazing pizzas. Always worth the visit.
