I WAITED FOR 40 MINUTES BUT I RECEIVED WRONG ORDER

I ordered Lemongrass Chicken rice, my rice were dried and no lemongrass... hello I paying for RM28 for one bowl but this is the service? I went to check others ppl reviews I can ensure that my bowl are lack of the lemongrass & the sauce.. What's even worst is that I checked on their Instagram reels, they did show this LEMONGRASS RICE BOWL with lemongrass and sauce on it ... Alamak .. This is such as shame lah.

Please lah your staff need to be trained.. 40minutes and wrong order. I paid full price leh , halo!

Foreign staff, cannot communicate .. when i wanted to order told food was no5 available so I asked "what else food that is unavailable?" She answered "it will be available in an hour after" ??? Aiyor .. simple question leh..

And then table was shaky as hell... So annoying

Then I asked for change to table behind .. it's lunch hour and not crowd wat .. then only I ask but was told CANNOT be use .. 😑😑 open shop but table cannot use .. funny ! I've read other review mentioning that the table was asked to not use but allow for other foreigners to dine in with the table .. that's so embarrassing..

What is this shop trying to tell me, what does this shop actually want me to experience. And the staff, one was okay at first Another no smiling on the face at all during ordering, even tho I was unhappy that I was told item are unavailable. I still go back and put a smile and I think is okay but after that with the shaky table, long for for the food and the wrong order.. aiyor really bad experience...

And your staff really need to be trained, the customer from my next table who walked in, they ask the staff whether is it order at counter, but maybe the staff did not hear it so the customer were ignored. This is bad.. at least when customer walk in your shop , if you are short of staff to bring your customers to their table , is okay At least bring them menu then you let them know where to do...😑😑 Really need to be trained..

It's even pathetic that the staff have time to say hi to other's people dog but not giving some basic information to the...

Very irresponsible on their business opening time...they state opening time is 10am so we came around 10am, the place opened but most of their staff hadn't arrived at 1030am yet, only one staff was there, and he acknowledged that opening time is 10am though unable to operate business as he was alone. After 10am, there are already many customers came n waiting outside but the shutter remained close, they had no idea what time opens. Many of them left including us after waiting long time. I put 2 stars because inside was very nice, otherwise 1 star only, waited 40 mins for their opening but did not open, that's the big fact n not professional...especially after hyped on social media...10, 15 mins acceptable but more than 30 mins made many customers wait. Wasted precious weekend time. If difficult to make, please update the opening time information...
