So wowed with the service by the boss daughter. It was her I found out that this is the chicken rice restaurant I used to eat during my school days. Brougth me back 40 years ago … the chicken, rice, soup and even chili sauce taste the same. Even more surprise was to find the chicken jelly on the chicken ❤️. Cant find this in most of the chicken rice stalls nowadays. Thank you for bringing back such fond memories. Will visit more often.

One of the best chicken rice in town. The chicken is smooth and juicy, perfectly done. But the rice is only ok, not the best I have eaten. Highly recommend their Siew Yuk. It's well marinated and roasted. The skin is very crispy and perfect match with the well marinated five spice meat. If you do not like your Char Siew fatty, you will love their Char Siew.

Honestly speaking, if you ask me whether the chicken rice is good or not, it's just normal. If you don't mind waiting 45 minutes for the chicken rice, then go ahead. For people like us who are workers with limited lunch time, I strongly recommend not having lunch here because your time is more valuable than the chicken rice. Additionally, the chicken rice is really just so-so. This is my first and will be my last time coming here. Sorry to say that. The restaurant boss serves based on relationships rather than on a first-come, first-served basis, even if you've been standing there for more...

Craving for chicken rice hence visited this old time restaurant. My order of white chicken and siew yok was ok. The chicken was cooked just right while the siew yok I found to be slightly on the bland side. The rice was not as fragrant as I would like it to be.
