Starbucks Outlet beside A&W. Went here today to purchase the set tumbler. Politely ask if the color is available, malay cashier was fine but somehow the Chinese staff "Yeee" (she got tattoo on her left hand) was mad when the malay staff ask if the color is available? I'm sure I do not ask other questions that will trigger someone. The Chinese staff was throwing tantrum for no reason, you're representing a big brand yet your cheap attitude is nasty. If you hate the job just find a new one instead of yelling and banging stuff. We waited 15 minutes and still no update. Ask the malay staff she say is available and we say sure and let us pay before more customer come in and get busy. Yee was angry and mumble gods know what. Before this she also went inside to which I believe "check stock" but obviously just go in there and grab a bite of food(she was chewing stuff when she got out) sure maybe u hungry but the main issue is fix your attitude, think you look cool y3lling and banging stuff and scold ur Co worker? Was just double check if their Fresh Milk is still available or not, cashier just answered that they have everything their customer's choice. Is it wrong for me to ask for availability?. Cashier also asked if i wanted chocolate whipped cream. I just asked if they have the regular white whipped cream instead. And does the cashier have to say "I'm asking if you want it or not". 14 February it happen the coffee cover suddenly open .coffee is hot .my hand feel so hot. Luckily 1 of the Starbucks staff just enter the shop open the door helping me hold the cup of coffee .
