Was here during lunch time. One of the crowd we are together is a vegetarian eater. Upon ordering, my mum has checked with the waitress that the dish she wants to get is a vegetarian dish. The staff said is vegetarian. The dish was then served by a staff called Henry. The staff then told my mum that the dish is meatless but made with fish sauce. I then asked the staff on this as when we order, the dish is confirmed to be vegetarian. Henry then came out and told us that we didn’t ask him and we should ask him instead. The rest of the staff may not know cuz he said they are foreigners. Henry then said he can’t do anything about it cuz we ordered and the dish has been served. He didn’t apologize and his attitude was rude the whole time. Only much later on, he came out and told us we can cancel the order. Then also, he asked who is he staff my mum talked to as the management wants to know. I told him to check CCTV cuz my mum couldn’t recognize who. He said to me that he’s trying to help me (?) honestly, the worst service I experienced and I will never return to this place. No apologies from the uncle until much much later on. There is also a cockroach at the side table which Henry said they tried to do pest control. I don’t mind if the dish is served wrongly but the least they could do is to provide a solution. If no solution could be provided, just take the dish back. Instead of putting the blame on the customer for not checking with HIM specifically, I find this baffling. It’s my second time eating here. I don’t expect to know that Henry is the head and the know it all here. Definitely won’t return here. Pls don’t eat here if you’re a vegetarian. They do not have the option here despite the servers telling you otherwise. Save the hassle....

As a regular to your desapark and mid valley's outlet. Even in Japan with The tip top services has been amaze me with well serve meals along with fine management. A real disappointment dining in your mid valley outlet today at 1110am. Given that your branch operating hours starting late at 11am. All staff and floor should have get things ready. Staff are all not on post, no smiles at all on them. Worst part of all is that im being served with a over fried karage along with meal. The karage is either over fried or its refried from left overs. I felt offended by getting a stare to my eyes from May when i requested for a fresh chicken Karage. Non payers should accept paying/eating a not well served meals. No smiles and not feeling welcoming at all for the first time round. May doesn't seems happy and not even putting up a smile even when accepting my...

Bad service, went with my friend the other day, my friend ordered a dinner set and I wasn’t hungry so I ordered a tamago and an onsen egg. Subsequently I just eat the salad from my friend’s set as I was looking for something leafy. While we asked for refills the staff reluctant to refill for us cause he said we are sharing the salad. That pathetic small tiny little bowl of cheap salad with pathetic amount of salad dressing will not cost you an arm, and it was only stated in menu that refill is AVAILABLE, without stated t&c ie sharing is forbidden, moreover it’s just 2 of us, not like 10 pax of people are sharing that tiny bowl of salad and keep asking for refills. I really don’t understand how this small little bowl of cheap salad will affect your P&L. Will definitely blacklist this restaurant. And the staffs are...

Had dinner here with my Japanese friends. I had a disappointing experience. I ordered the tempura rice set, as I have always been a fan of tempura, but unfortunately, the tempura served here did not meet expectations. Instead of the light and fluffy tempura coating, their tempura was coated with thick, crusty flour. Not tempura at all!!! I Despite this letdown, I must say that the portion size of the meal was decent and came with additional side dishes and salad that make up for the lackluster tempura. At a price of RM19.90, I expecting standard tempura. Not too much to ask for. As with many Japanese resto, the green tea served in a large, solid cup here was refillable throughout the meal. This was appreciated. So if your fan of tempura don’t order this tendon tempura rice set here.

My friend and I entered the outlet at around 9:10 PM, and one of the staff members (an older man) kept telling us that they were closing soon and that we couldn’t sit here or there. Okay, fine—I understand that. I get that it can be tiring after a full day of work, especially on weekends. But I don’t think that’s the right attitude to have when dealing with customers. Why do I say this? Because the uncle came to inform us about last call and told us to place our order by 9:15 PM—but it was already 9:15 PM when he said that. Does that make any sense? It was honestly a bad experience! I strongly suggest hiring younger or more patient staff who can handle customers better, even during closing time!
