Update after 1 day later: The owner called to apologize and refund back to us. The owner even offered to treat us but we rejected nicely. Because we don't want free food, free money or whatsoever. It's not because of the money issue at the first place. We've been to so many grill meat restaurant, been eating A5 wagyu, ribs, brisket, lobsters, hotel buffet almost every month, etc. We never care about the price. As long as we get what we paid for.
If people paid for delivery, that means they don't want to go out anymore to find the food regardless of the price they paid. We both worked overtime, we both worked late. So we both were tired. And when this happened, so we both were so furious. And now we apologize too. Thank you owner, we appeciated your effort to reach us. Kami tarik balik ayat "tak halalkan" tu since owner dah bayar balik. Kurang lebih kita halalkan dan kita minta halalkan.
And to the workers please, being in F&B industry, please alert with your mobile phone! You don't be like gov servant who no pick up calls at all allday long. F&B and your mobile phone is like the crucial part in your business, people will call for reservation, for order enquiry, etc. So ALERT WITH YOUR PHONE, there's reason why you put your contact number on google. Even large chain like Kyochon, McD, they will call their customer if the order were out of stock and will ask the customer if want to refund or replace with something else. They call to clarify. THAT IS HOW GOOD BUSINESS doing their job. We shared our experience here for the workers to learn.
Why we gave 4 star only after edited, When they told us the mashed potato dah habis masa packaging our food earlier. they gave us saki baki and put dalam packaging. Resulted the mashed potate looked so dry and taste awful to us. Bila kami datang kedai, only then they explain and simply replaced with another coleslaw which we already had 1 in the set we ordered. So thats why we still couldn't give full star. Hope you understand dan harap ada penambahbaikan. Thank you!

Ordered via grabfood tonight. Truly disappointed with their stupidity services.
We paid via Grabfood more than RM90 including delivery. They missed out our order which cost almost RM30 for the FRIED RICE ALONE!
We checked the prices kat restaurant and compared prices kat GrabFood they are all with huge differences. I don't care if i need to pay the higher price untuk 'harga kemalasan aku' tapi bila aku bayar lebih sebab aku malas dan aku tak dapat apa yang aku bayar which at last aku terpaksa keluar jugak, plus call berkali tak berjawab which end up aku sendiri kena keluar rumah start kenderaan pergi ke restaurant tu, then i paid HIGHER for nothing. Aku tak halalkan walau se sen setiap harga yang aku bayar lebih tu, termasuk harga delivery. Rumah aku nak ke kedai tu pun dah lebih 10km.

Read moreWe arrived as a family of five, booked in advance. At first, we were excited to try delicious food prepared as we saw on Instagram from KL Foodie that it was recommended. Since it was Mother’s Day and my father’s belated birthday, I requested a small dessert with wishes wording on the plate while making reservation on WhatsApp. However, that was not delivered on the day even after bill has been paid. The food portion was small under ‘single platter’ except the beef brisket.
The food is all hand-made even the sauces! Very good indeed. The side dishes which are the mashed potatoes, coleslaw and baked beans are homemade too ☺️ However, I would wish the smokey lamb under ‘single platter’ portion would be bigger, it’s too small. The fish & chips which we ordered for my mum took too long to arrive. We have to call multiple times until one of the staff wearing a white shirt (perhaps the manager) got annoyed. The banana milkshake for myself did not arrive as well. The guy (manager) said ‘tengah buat’ (midst of preparing) when I confronted about the milkshake and fish & chips. In the end, only the fish & chips was served when everyone is done with their meal. The fish was not fresh, it was mushy. I wish the person that took the order would repeat him/herself before placing in.
The date is 12/5/2024; a lot of things in the menu are not available!! (Item 86) For example; Orange fruit for the drinks, watermelon fruit for the drinks, chicken wings and all burgers except lamb burger is available. The time of service was only 7pm! I get that a lot of people are here having the combo platter but my family and I decided to try everything, hence to why we took the single platter instead.
As for the service in terms of attentiveness, it was really the worst I’ve experienced in the f&b industry so far. Even the mamak has better service than here (sorry to say this). The staffs are all mingling at one corner at the end of the counter. Not one person is on the floor supervising the customers. It’s very difficult to call for an order/add-ons. Felt like all of them are not willing to put an effort into their work towards the customers’ needs. It was not a busy Sunday, couldn’t imagine the scenario on the weekdays.
It was definitely a disappointing dinner as we have very high expectations and especially excited for all of us to try since it’s our first time. This would be our last time too. Such a waste because the food was really good. Lateness of food/drinks and services given like that makes us not wanting...
