Booked a room ktv for gathering. The staff approved the booking, but after we reached there, only told us that the room was booked ahead by other group of people. Have to move to downstairs without the ktv room 😐 That's the first red flag for this restaurant where it didn't take booking seriously and promised the room without checking if there's any reservation in advance. 😑 The second red flag is having terrible systems in giving orders. We had three meals were not served and they didn't even know which food is not served yet with the waiting time in total of 2hours.😌 The third red flag is that the waiting time for the food is more than 1hour and 30min. 😠 Despite the food isn't served, there's one guy waiter is giving terrible and unpolite attitude towards us when we mentioned we have to cancel the orders that's not served while we have plans ltr on. The moment we said "we decided to cancel the orders" he was like "if you all want we can cook very very fast for y'all". But we have waited for too long, so we decided to cancel and he said "cancel cancel loh" with the hand gestures waving at us like we are making trouble. But is they themselves giving us terrible experience of this restaurant.😡

Was here on the 30/12 lunch, not sure if it's because that there were 2 other large group of people resulting in less staff available to serve us, but overall the service was less than satisfactory. Many menu items were not available as well.

One of us ordered carbonara with specific instructions (no garlic, no mushrooms), but they were still included, causing discomfort as she's sensitive to garlic.

There were some mixed up in our orders for mushroom soup as well as two of us ordered it as part of the lunch set, and the other two order it as a mushroom soup set with garlic bread. Only 3 bowls of soup was served an hour into our meal and was only resolved later on.

Ice cream was served late despite them reminding us that we still have items not served when asking them to clear our table for our gift exchange.

As most of their signatures were not available, the items that we ordered felt average, maybe we had too high of an expectation after seeing sky high reviews and social media advertising...

During my recent lunch visit a few weeks ago, the Christmas lunch set was still being offered at a price point of around rm35+-, inclusive of drinks, a main course, a small fruit salad, and ice cream. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The hojicha latte was my worst at this place, and the pasta we ordered, depicted with a fried pork cutlet in the menu picture, lacked this element when served. The kitchen and staff acknowledged and added it later, citing the menu as misleading. Besides that, we ordered salmon rice and pork chop, taste slight below average too, consider KL have lots of good cafe and the price.

To add to the oversight, they forgot to serve the ice cream, which we also overlooked. Considering the overall experience, the price didn't seem justified. Perhaps the dinner have a different chef overseeing since it has average good review on google, but based on my lunch encounter, I wouldn't recommend it. There's a better lunch option just a...
