Super angry that you guys chose to operate even though you know there's has been confirmed case at your restaurant. This is very very irresponsible!
Now there are 3 more confirmed cases from your staffs - then only you choose to close shop. I wonder if the 3 staffs had practiced quarantine while waiting for the test results to be released?
I know the business is quite tough nowadays, but then there are times when you have to do the right thing no matter how - and this is one of it.
Hope you guys learn from this mistake - although this is really unforgivable.
Alright, I have checked through your official FB, I'm a bit confused on the timeline - you mentioned that the customer who was tested with positive Covid was on last Tuesday (04.05.2021), then you closed the shop on Wednesday (05.05.2021) to do sanitization. After that you mentioned your staff only went to do the Covid test on this Monday (10.05.2021) after 6 days. Correct me if I'm wrong.
So my questions here are simple (yet important):
What was the exact date that you found out that there was customer who was Covid - positive?
From my understanding from what you said on FB, did you actually allow your staffs to continue to work (because you mentioned they "had no symptom and healthy") after the case happened? How long had they been working before they went for the test? (Omg I hope this is not true as a lot of customers would had had contact with them). Then, If you think your staffs were "healthy" at the first place (from 04.05.2021 to 09.05.2021), why would they need to do the Covid test on 10.05.2021?
What was the exact date that your staff went for the Covid test? Did they excuse themselves from work and practice quarantine before the results were released? (I believe this is the SOP).
Hope to get a clarification from you - and stop playing the "ambiguous timeline game" to confuse the...
Read moreVisited the shop on Saturday. Extremely bad service and food quality. It was full house with only two servers which made the service quality pretty bad and you can sense that the server was rushing so badly. The shop should have expected the peak during weekends and holidays and YOU SHOULD HAVE PREPARED BETTER. It was not that customer is always right but it's just that YOU DID NOT PREPARED WELL ENOUGH to handle the crowd.
At such high range of price I would expect better quality of both service and food. Would definitely prefer Wa-zen or Ichizen. They are well trained and well prepared.
For salmon sushi, it is RM6 per plate and RM15 for mixed types of salmon sushi (grey plate). However, there is this rules that states that the RM15 is not subjected for different types of grey plate sushi which you orders with the server.
In short, Ordered from server: salmon cheese + yolk + garlic sauce = RM63=RM18 Take ourselves from the sushi conveyor belt: salmon cheese + yolk + garlic sauce = RM53=RM15
Which I found extremely UNREASONABLE. Plus, there's limited options on the conveyor belt. At the price of RM6, I do find that the Unagi piece and salmon is so mini and it looks unattempting.
Would suggest the shop to re-think or re-brand and reflect but not putting the blame to the customers. Wish you all the best and your shop will survive through this hard time.
BTW, no offense, but I have seen the extremely rude and arrogant AF reply from the owner for whoever that leaves an one-star rating. That's not how a well-mannered, experienced and professional team does. Please do reflect on yourself. UNPREPARED IS UNPREPARED. BAD IS BAD. Arrogant and ignorant is not how you improve yourself. Thank you and...
Read moreWe visited Furui Michi Ramen Japanese Restaurant on Saturday, 14 June 2025, without a prior booking or reservation.
I really liked the ramen soup with pork shoulder (chasu ramen) priced at RM20.80. The soup enhanced the appetite to its fullest. The noodle texture was similar to instant noodles, which suited my preference, and it was topped with sesame, chopped onion leaves, and chopped black fungus, all of which added great texture and flavor.
The shiro maguro teriyaki fish with rice, also priced at RM20.80, was quite enjoyable. The fish was thick and cooked perfectly. However, the sweet sauce, soy sauce, and marinated ginger were not particularly outstanding. I appreciated that the wasabi was not too spicy, which made it more enjoyable.
The hot green tea, priced at RM1.80 with free refills, was excellent. It had a strong aroma and was served very hot, which I liked a lot.
For the sushi, the grey plates were RM6 each or 3 plates for RM15, while the color plates were RM5 each or 3 plates for RM12. While the noodles and rice dishes were reasonably priced, the sushi, especially the grey and color plates, felt a...
