My recent stay at Christee Hotel and Suites was an absolute dream, and I am thrilled to give it a well-deserved 5-star review!

From the moment I walked into the elegant lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff's attention to detail and genuine hospitality set the tone for a memorable experience throughout my stay.

The room I stayed in was nothing short of luxurious. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities, it felt like a home away from home. The plush bedding and carefully selected furnishings ensured a restful night's sleep.

The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine even while traveling. Was a little skeptical to have my stay here due to the price in comparison with the basic appearance of the room but i went ahead anyways and i never regretted my decision!

from the moment we stepped in till we stepped out, exceptional service was given by both the guards & staffs, especially the staff named Kris Ong. he was really helpful and accommodating to our requests. we felt welcomed and pleased. our luggages and bags were sent to our room hence we didn’t have to painstakingly carry it 🤣

room was super clean, don’t worry there’s no insects/bugs. the bed is really soft and 2 pillows given each person! for someone who always have difficulty sleeping, i fell asleep within minutes here. TV has Netflix and other apps like Disney, Youtube etc which is a plus point! the toilet has a bath tub and toilet bowl is equipped with 2 spraying bidet which is important to me. there’s plenty of toiletries provided too! WIFI is strong!! there’s a swimming pool, sauna & gym which is not too big, not too small!

breakfast was fantastic and buffet concept and serves different type of dishes everyday. the restaurant staff’s were attentive and very polite! i’ve requested for a cup of ice during the first day of breakfast and to my surprise, the staff on his own initiative left a cup of ice when i came on the second day which was nice that i didn’t have to ask hehe!

parking is convenient and there will be guards keeping watch. the environment is quiet and peaceful. location is very near to Melacca City about 5 minutes walk. upon our check out time, the guard came to our door to assist with our luggages and bags and it’s really nice to be hands free.

overall, my family and i enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely return should we visit Malacca again! if you’re indecisive about staying here, don’t be! it’s worth every penny. thank you to all the staffs for the remarkable...

2. Coffee Machine to brew coffee
3. Bathroom with Bathtub and Bathtub Tray and Bath Salt provided
4. TV entertainment with Netflix (login needed use our own)
5. In Room amenities : Kettle, Iron, Microwave
6. Wifi high speed :) :) :)
7. Super Duper Comfy bed with 4 fluffy pillow for double bed, 2 for Single Bed
8. Very good ventilation in bathroom with Aireguard Ventilation Fan
9. Free Parking in front hotel very2 convenient just a step away outside hotel (easy to take your stuff from car in case u forgot something)
10. Walking distance 3-5min to 24 hours 7eleven mart (convenient to buy essential or late night snacks for kids)
11. Walking distance 3-5min to 24 hours mamak restaurant
12. We Stayed during Ramadhan, so Sahur (super early breakfast) was sent to our room so its very convenient to have our meal in pyjamas and its delicious too ;p
13. In front road not busy area so its quiet here, didnt really hear car sound from outside
14. we havent tried sauna/pool/gym so cannot really comment on that
15. Service is superb here, i didnt ask for make up room but i ask to sent milk for coffee machine and they remind me to ask when they can send and also called my room to ask permission to send milk (since its ramadhan i just tell them to send later)
16. Concierge service very good, they bring our bag to room, always smiling n greeting us at the main door, and always there open door for us when we come back or go out from hotel :)
17. There is separate living room with very nice space to perform my solat (shalat) here, very peaceful to have privacy time with god :)

Overall 5 Star for this hotel Keep going and maintain your service I will definitely come back...
