T-Wo Restaurant — Restaurant in Perak

We reached at 5:50pm and did not make any reservation. They have a table available until 7pm only. So if we take it, we can only dine in for 1 hour. We decided to give it a try.

The staff is friendly, the service is fast. The food that we had is fresh. Really like everything served from them. Milk tea taste quite good too given it's not boba milk tea shop. Since it's buffet style, the price on the menu for each dish is not relevant. You can order anything from the menu. Only ice cream is self service. The rest has to order from them but they serve it really fast.

Eg. we ordered soup, and while we are ordering for other dishes, the soup had already been served. At that point of time, the restaurant is 75% full too.

Bad experience with their booking system! I made a reservation via phone call and i didnt expect to receive the so called “confirmation list” once booked…and i didnt receive it!!

Through a friend of mine, she highly recommend me to have a try to this steamboat in Ipoh. So, i call to make a reservation. We are happily look forward to it as this is also a birthday celebration for my family member.

We have 10 person but they only allowed us to order 5 person portion each time. The worst part is 5 person portion is really less. After few times, they will told u the food you repeat order has out of stock. Speechless. If u can’t provide free flow, please don’t call ur self as buffet style hotpot. Service attitude is really bad, espeacially the female assistance manager. I think she likes to stand on the counter and day dreaming.
