Boat Noodle @ IOI City Mall — Restaurant in Sepang

Hi. I am one of loyal customer since 2015. Back then, the portion are good, fast services and the taste are keep on track.

I went to few branches, KL, Selangor, Kuantan, Johor, Melaka . I never complaining ( price add up what to do based on government policy)

Today, after few years being part of loyal customer Boat Noodle Malaysia in IOI City Mall branches, I found out : Bad bad bad services. Bad bad taste. Bad bad portions.

I ordered Ayam Legend which the size are crazily smaller ( not logic size) Roti Kukus Kaya , the green gravy no santan or any milk added ( Doesnt taste anything at all LOL)

I remained calm and just direct to the face of the manager ( foreigner I believed ) asked why he still sell it when there is no enough ingredient) and he keep in silence which I don''t want to make a scene.

For Ayam Legend, logically thinking maybe chicken prize are expensive but come on you can do better.

To whoever reading this, please keep in mind people will pay whatever the cost if there is -Quality Taste Services

Either you want to stay like that or change owners and have a firm managing your staff in above I...

I had a very bad experience today at Boat Noodle in IOI City Mall, especially the service and staff behaviour. They don’t deseve even a star rating or service charge. We ordered a crispy mushroom & waited more than 15mins and the staff is taking its own sweet time to take the group picture,no one serve the customer,some customer need to take the menu from other table. The best part was when i paid at cashier and told the cashier that i would like to cancel the crispy mushroom. One of the staff (lady) quickly went to our table and spoke loudly to us. They showed us the empty bowl and asked why we had canceled it. In fact, it was just an empty bowl for spring rolls that we finished. Everyone was looking at us, make us feel ‘malu’. The staff never apologized to us when she found out she was wrong. If the staff took note and served the tables outside, this wouldn’t happen.
