Went there on a Thursday evening and there were no people queuing. Location wise, it's easy to find. Go to the top floor, and just find where Sukiya is, the stall is located in front of Sukiya.

There are many flavour choices but I went there to taste one of the 'Local Legends' flavors. The staffs allow you to have a taste of the ice cream before deciding which one to buy. The staffs are very attentive and friendly as well.

There were many flavours still in stock, however 2 flavours are about to finish. I guess they'll restock after it's empty.

The stall is nice and cozy. Lots of sitting areas, which are kept clean. Trash can also be thrown in a nearby trash can as it's located in front of an elevator.

For the collab with zus, it tastes very good. Not too sweet, exactly like the earl grey cham latte drink from zus.

I absolutely love Inside Scoop at IOI City Mall! As a local brand, their ice cream is top-notch. The creamy and firm texture of their ice cream sets it apart from other brands we've tried. It's so good that we keep coming back for more! I also appreciate that they constantly introduce new flavors, keeping things exciting. While the price is on the premium side, it's worth every penny for the quality and taste. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, which adds to the pleasant experience. The ample seating available is a bonus for those who want to enjoy their ice cream in a comfortable setting. What's more, they offer not only delicious ice cream but also ice cream cakes, waffles, and coffee, making it a truly comprehensive ice cream spot. I had a fantastic experience with Inside Scoop recently. I purchased an ice cream cake online for a birthday celebration. There were a lot of changes with regards to the delivery timing from my end - but the Inside Scoop team were highly responsive and helpful all the way through. The cake was delivered from Inside Scoop IOI Mall. Fida (from Inside Scoop IOI Mall) and Selina from HQ were both extremely proactive, helpful and understanding.
