Hidden under an old, former Car Wash signage is this Chinese/China style Jian Bing (Crêpes/Wrap).
Food was not bad! Tasty snack.
Ordered the Original (O) and Taiwanese Sausage (T) versions and I'd say the original ended up being a little bland albeit more economical, price wise. I wished it was crispier but the crêpe wrap layer was more of a softer texture similar to a thosai/dosa consistency. I think it would be even better if it was the crispy flaky texture of Roti Tisu but that's not the case. Fillings for the Original Jian Bing were delicious but more bland and not as savory as the Taiwanese Sausage version (for obvious reasons). Fillings are actually somewhat similar to a popiah but contain some crisps which gives each bite a really solid and satisfying crunch, and the spiciness level definitely packs the heat so be aware! If you want more flavor and savory-ness in your jian bing, go for something else other than the Original and pick a choice of a meaty filling.
Overall, not bad for a snack. Pretty pricey the more special fillings you get/add. Service/wait time can be long & slow since they're only a small booth and only 2 guys were running the show. Expect to wait, especially if there are a ton of other people ordering.

Read moreTaste goods, recommended to eat on the spot. Have known that the uncle has opened before in pasarmalam, and now opening up a store, but the process in the store is not very systematic tbh. My order was all messed up, which is quite upset when first time visiting the store. Around 5.45pm there was already a long queue, when finally I was able to order, few ingredients has been out of stock. I know the store is newly open, and Idw to belittling too much, cus I really like the food. But please take note, there should be additional implementation when comes to opening up a store, especially the packaging the foods are easily hot and steamy, but u use paper bag, still? How about those paper with a thin plastic covered inside? Check your competition?
Updates: Sorry, I couldn't understand what do you mean when you address people as "Children", and it doesn't make sense in Chinese itself. You have my disrespect as a one star dissatisfied...
Read moreOrdered some spicy and non spicy ones. It’s not as good as the ones I have had in China. Their version has very little pickled veg, cilantro, spring onions and the crisp inside. I drove there from PJ to get here just for this. It costs RM10 each. Not really a meal. It’s usually eaten as a breakfast item in China. RM10 also don’t have much inside.
I was there around 3pm. There was already a long ordering queue. There were at least 5 ahead of me and 5 others who already paid and were waiting for their order. By the time ordered it was about about 3.30pm. That queue was approximately a 15min wait time to get to my turn. Then I received my order at about 4.15pm. It’s rather long wait time.
If you have time to kill. Walk around and check out the surrounding stores. There are a few China-goods convenience stores on...
