EVERYTHING IS SO BAD SO BAD! Totally not worth it. Do not come to this place.

Had better expectation on this and it’s not worthy at all. The sashimi weren’t fresh and we told the person in charge about it he said it’s bcs the ice melted and we didn’t eat it immediately. Bruh, are u srs the moment we put it in our mouth we knew it wasn’t fresh. The seafood, crab, lobster , crawfish werent fresh as well, taste very powdery. The guy told me it’s because the seafoods are frozen…..🥶ok?? RM230+ per head and you serve these kind of food are u serious. I could have just go to any Japanese restaurant and taste food much better and way cheaper. I wasn’t expecting GREAT FOOD but this didn’t even hit bare minimum. Cooked food was better, but taste was very bland, and not much choices since both the sashimi & seafood weren’t fresh. :) The gyoza skin was dry as well , almost flaky. Guess the only thg thy couldn’t fked up was bbq n teppanyaki, cause it’s cooked with sauces…. Ok good thg is that they have baskin robbins & haagen dazs Icecream. 🥲

Besides, the server usher us to the wrong table, which has already been occupied, in a day where the restaurant is empty. All the server are foreign workers who clearly don’t have much experience in working as a server and don’t understand English. When I get the coconut water, the server tested the coconut water with a spoon from a used spoon. ???!?!?! And I think bcs its a weekday night there’s werent a lot of customers so the choice of food are very less compare to the photo I saw on other ppl review. :)

Went to this restaurant to celebrate my friend birthday on the 4th Feb 2025. Since the birthday girl request we want and hope to give her a memorable birthday.

First when we were at the counter waiting when is around few mins to 6pm where the girl at the counter letting those in front of us in so when is our turn the chef ran out to the counter n told the girl in the harsh way n said we yet start so don’t let ppl in. To make it not awkward I told the girl is ok we just sit n wait for them to ready. So when we went in the food look great but not much… so as usual we take photo n video of the food while waiting for it to be ready… so when is 6 pm everyone get ready to take the food and the chef standing in front of the sashimi area n said is not ready to all the diner the food is not ready with the fierce look 😒. Then when the dinner start where everyone take the sashimi so my friend ask if there anymore salmon belly sashimi to our surprise he(the same chef) said that all we have!!! What a joke when u pay almost rm200 per pax for a buffet, they don’t refilled. Also to my surprise the first batch of food look nicer after they refill food is bad.

The seafood was not fresh especially the crab. The snow crab was tasteless and they only put a few only so we took 1 to share. Lucky we didn’t take 1 each as it is not good at all. We always go Jogoya and this round we try others but this is worst buffet we had. Wont...

Food variety - very disappointed, no sashimi available on Sunday lunch (only found out when we got there), cant believe there was no sashimi served for a buffet at this price. Other hotels served sashimi at a cheaper price. I took 5 oysters and 1 of it was bad, awful, I had to spit it out immediately.

Tuna aburi nigiri was not bad, unagi tofu was also good, pancakes were good. The strawberries were very nice. Chocolate sorbet was also good. Scallop on ice was good (i think the best i have eaten compare to other hotels' buffet). Saba shioyaki was good.

Cooked food are all just average. For example, all the fried stuff such as ebi tempura and oyster tempura were dry.

Desserts selection was extremely limited, without much japanese selection. They have popcorns though, salted popcorns hahahahahhahahahaha. the matcha fondue was er well, I prefer chocolate fondue.

The cafe latte was sweet -.- it was milk powder, not fresh milk. The matcha latte tasted like milk tea (not bad tasting though).

Service - Food refill speed was ok. Plates collecting was slow.

Atmosphere - chaotic. I ordered octopus yakiniku twice but only one came, and some didnt order came lol. the food clip system was not very nice, when they return the clips, the clips were together with the food, and when you want to order again, you need to touch the dirty clips and pass to...
