definitely won’t be coming back again. I don’t usually do reviews but today our experience was just that bad so I hope sharing this experience helps whoever considers to eat here.
when we arrived we were told that they had a buffet going on and we clearly stated that no we were not here for the buffet. and then they told us that if we downloaded the app and registered member we could get free complimentary foods and beverages. after double checking and confirmed that the whole downloading app and registering member was not for the buffet, we placed our orders (personal orders as well as the orders for the complimentary fnb (fried squid, takoyaki and honey green tea) since we downloaded the app for that)
all was well until we saw the bill, the restaurant charged all four of us for buffet. we told them what happened, but because we were tight on time we just suggested them to remove the buffet course option and just charge us for what we ordered. and we ended up paying for all the supposedly “free complimentary goods” that we wouldn’t have ordered in the first place if we knew it was a part of the buffet program going on.
after that, no apology from any of the staff at all, and we payed extra RM41.4 for all the “free complimentary goods”. considering the service charge and tax is a whopping of 23.22 bucks, they...
Read moreProbably won't be coming here again in a while, if not ever. Reasons being: Tablets were not properly working - we moved to a different table because the original table's tablet was dead. Moved to a new table and the ordering app crashed within 10 minutes of browsing the menu, so we had to start our order from scratch, but not the biggest issue. Food status was listed as "prepared" and yet took about 10 minutes extra to come out. We had to get up and enquire with the staff why it was taking so long, only to realize that our order had been sitting on the counter for quite some time. Because of reason 2, food arrived cold. Bear in mind, we did not order a lot. 3 dishes. That's all. We would have sent it back but it had been almost 30 minutes since we ordered so we were hungry and just ate. At the counter, the card machines weren't working so we only had 2 payment options which were TnG pay and cash, and even that took a while to connect. All of us got food poisoning the same night and the day after. We all ate different things and didn't share food, so there was clearly contamination across all borders.

Read moreI would like to provide feedback on your time and booking management, which, for me, is not satisfying. My husband and I arrived at 8:15 pm and managed to book a slot for 8:30 pm. However, we had to queue outside until 9 pm, even though the table we booked had been empty since our reservation. This is unacceptable and indicates a lack of respect for our time. I hope you can improve and implement a more systematic booking system. Additionally, I attempted to call multiple times before our visit to inquire about the buffet, but received no response.
Once seated, I ordered drinks, which took quite a long time to be served. My main concern, however, is that I expected a conveyor belt full of sushi, given that it's a sushi buffet, but instead had to wait even longer for my order, only to find out that the food I requested was unavailable. The fact that the conveyor belt was empty led me to place an order I would never receive, which is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with this buffet experience, and I feel like I've been scammed.
