I am very disappointed with this store. The soup tastes like plain water. The BBQ sauce they serve doesn't taste like other branches. The service attitude of the staff is very poor. recently they changed their way of placing the garlic and chili. they used to put it in a covered container with spoon in it. now they put it in an "opened air" bowl without any spoon in it. We saw some people scooping the chili and garlic with their used spoon and chopstick half way from eating. this is so unhygienic. besides, what if there are small cockroaches, lizards or even flies roaming around the garlic and chili? this will eventually cause food poisoning and sickness that can infect...
