We ended up here by mistake. It was a small but nice bar (I would not call it a restaurant). The seats and tables were in the street and nice candles on the tables. The man and woman who run the bar are polite. I recommend this place only for drinking as the food options were very limited (only 3 warm options) and extremely overpriced. Everything was expensive than usual prices in Malta as we were there for one week and we tried various types of restaurants (normal and high-class restaurants). Mostly they offer cold small side dishes (to my opinion mainly from Italy as I used to live there and I am familiar with the food). My meal was a very thin layer of fatty melted cheese which was expensive and very small (9 euro)! The service was very very very slow. There were only 5-6 tables and I had to wait more than 90 min to get this melted cheese!!!!! The other meal was a plate of different varieties of (italian) side dishes (mainly cold options) which was 24 euro for one person and 38 euro for 2 persons which were expensive considering the service, location and type of the bar/restaurant they had. They have a cellar for red wine with good options and the price of wine bottles are 4X higher than original bottle price (ours was 28 euro here: a local Gozo wine, the original price is infact 7-8 euro). I hope this review helps L’Enoteca to revise their menu, service time and...

A charming, sweet little wine bar and restaurant in central Rabat. The manager is so charming and kind, and we felt incredibly welcomed. We were recommended a delicious wine by our server and very much enjoyed it, particularly on the lovely outdoor table (it’s the sweetest little outdoor seating area- though we saw inside as well where they have seats inside an old catacomb which is ridiculously cool!!!) We also had dinner here, and I was so happy that there was an entire vegan menu with several amazing options- I felt so spoilt for choice which is a rarity! I had the lentil lasagne and I genuinely haven’t had such a good vegan lasagne in my life. I was so happy and the portion size was perfect. Great value here and so charming. We wished we had tried it earlier on our trip so we could have gone...

Visited this little gem in the center of Rabat. The place: Seating outside for the sunny days and suggestive seating inside of what it look like a cellar/cave. The food: We had a taste of some starters and of the vegan platter with homemade cheese and seitan, the main course were also really good and tasty. Definitely there was research towards vegan food from the owners! The wine: a selection of amazing wine from all over the world from the owner that, I can tell you that, can teach us a thing or two about wines. The owners: a really passionate and knowledgeable couple which their main focus is to give an experience to the customer. You can see they put they’re heart in what they are doing. Pointless to say, you’ve gained two new customers and hopefully many more! Thank you for your...
