Mason's Cafe — Restaurant in Sliema

I had a fantastic time at Mason’s Café in Sliema! I enjoyed a delicious dinner featuring traditional Maltese rabbit with garlic - tender, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The freshly squeezed orange juice was absolutely outstanding - one of the best I’ve ever had. The Greek salad was equally impressive: fresh, crunchy, and full of vibrant ingredients.

The service was exceptional - warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. A big plus was that the staff kindly helped me charge my phone when I needed it. The sea view from the café is simply stunning, and the relaxed atmosphere is enhanced by pleasant music played at just the right volume.

The only downside is that smoking is allowed in the outdoor seating area, which can be a bit distracting if you're sensitive to cigarette smoke. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended for anyone...

I was in Malta for three weeks. I stayed walking distance from Mason's Cafe. I was in the restaurant business for 26 years and I give credit to the challenges to efforts made at Mason's.

The location and views are outstanding and running an outdoor food establishment is pretty tricky dealing with all the elements of nature and maintaining high levels of service. They did a great job of keeping the place clean and the atmosphere fresh and lively.

Service was great, and the staff do everything they can to make your experience a great one. Food was very good as well.

I pretty much went every day, and looked forward to sitting there enjoying the whole experience.

Look forward to going back the next time...

Lovely seaside bistro. We first visited right after arriving in Malta, desperately seeking a place that was still open. Luckily, they sold us some sandwiches, even though they were about to close. So they really saved us there! We came back several times for drinks or a light dinner, and were always very happy with the service. The cocktails are very well made and we liked every one we tried (I recommend the frozen passion fruit daiquiri). What we liked most was the relaxing atmosphere and the beautiful sea view.
