On the evening of April 19th, I ordered Domino's online from this specific location. As always, I paid and tipped online right when I ordered it, so I wouldn't have to mess with it when I went to pick up my pizza. I waited until the tracker said my pizza was ready (~15 minutes after ordering), then I walked to the Domino's to pick it up. When I arrived, the girl at the cash register told me I had not, in fact, paid for my pizza yet, even though I had. It seemed strange, but I didn't want to try to argue with her, so I agreed to paying again. She said it would be 15 minutes, and I told her my pizza was already paid for and supposedly ready, and she said it wasn't ready, and I needed to pay (mind you she didn't retake my order, so there was clearly something in the system about the pizzas I ordered). I thought this was perhaps a communication problem, so again, I just waited it out. At that time, I made a mental note to check my bank account to make sure I hadn't been charged twice by Domino's. I wasn't charged twice by Domino's, but starting a couple days after that Domino's visit, I've had several large fraudulent charges, and I have a strong feeling that this is related to my weird encounter with this Domino's. I paid $20 for my pizza online, and within a couple days after that I've had over $2000 of fraudulent charges, including $800 for Best Buy and nearly $1200 towards Argos (this person maybe paid off their credit card with my credit card?!). Not saying this girl for sure ripped me off because I can't prove it, but I am CONFIDENT that my credit card fraud soon after that sketchy Domino's encounter is not a...
Read moreOver charged. They have a large painted window that shows a special “Sarten Grande 179 pesos”. I pointed to it and asked for one Sarten Grande and the young man placed my order. When I got the receipt it was for 249 pesos. I asked for a correction but the young man said the special had already expired. Ok whatever… once I got the pizza and sat down I noticed the fine print on painted window shows it is still good for another 3 weeks. Again I brought it up and showed him on the window that it clearly states it’s still good for a few more weeks. He responded that’s not what I ordered. I explained yes it is and that I reminded him that I even pointed to the painted window and said one Sarten Grande - it even said Sarten Grande on my receipt. He then replied unless I specifically ask for the special on the window and say 179 that they are not permitted to ring it up at that price. No...
Read moreBeing that almost every other country has an English version for ordering I was very disappointed that this place did not. I am aware I am in their country and shouldn't expect them to speak my language, but Cabo is so touristy and literally everyone I've run into speaks English as well. I even tried to navigate the website using Google Translate and the options were so limited for a Dominos it was silly. I finally gave up after 20 minutes of attempting to order anything that...
