I recently had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant at Solmar in Cabo, and I was blown away by the incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service.

The food was absolutely outstanding. The flavors were fresh, bold, and perfectly balanced. The presentation was exquisite, making each dish a feast for the eyes as well as the palate.

But what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Jorge, Arturo, and Eric. Their attention to detail and genuine care for our dining experience made us feel like VIPs. They went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met, and their recommendations were spot on.

The service was great but the food was okay and the prices were high for the portions you received. For 2 adult breakfast it was nearly $50 USD which is sadly common in all Americanized restaurants in Cabo now. I get that they have to be accommodating to all the tourists but when I travel to Mexico it’s to enjoy their authentic food and culture. Not omelettes, burgers or French toast. Bummer I didn’t capture any pictures of any of the dishes (I forgot my phone in my room) and we only went once and never returned knowing there are so many other authentic (and much inexpensive) choices...
