Mariscos Brisa — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

Got off the boat and expected the normal hit you up for all the shore excursions...We did go on a boat tour and that's where we got recommendations for food. Once we got off the boat our guide hit up a guy on the pier to direct us to the restaurant. This place was tucked under tarps and looked like a total shack. We should of left at that point but we were assured the food was good. Long story short the food was not good. We paid $170 US dollars and when we left to a pic of the menu outside and found that we way over paid. This is a hustle operation from the pier to the restaurant. Don't go here. I wish we would of gone to a real restaurant just a few minutes away....

From all the restaurants at the GSRLS, this one is a must! The food is above and beyond and far better than at the other restaurants in the grand solmar Resort. The waiters are very friendly and attentive. We booked the Brisas 2 days later again as we were sure the food can't get much better anywhere else. Previously this place was excellent. I’m not sure what happened but the portions are now tiny! And the prices remain high! I ordered a crab salad and could not see ANY crab. Just deep fried dough with a slight smell of crab!! We all needed a snack...
