Palmita Market & Deli — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

We have been staying at the Villa Estancia for over 15 years. The last 2 have been more than disappointing at the Palmita Market and Deli. Both times I have had the pleasure of "Vessi" taking my order and have never experienced such total rudeness! I tried buying a coffee using a cc that said "see ID" and even though my picture was on the back of the card she refused to honor it. Stating that I looked much younger in the picture....I told her I was staying at the Estancia and she never offered the option to charge it to my room, yet the person who came up right after me did just that! I asked for the manager and of course no one was available! I finally went back to the front desk at the Estancia and spoke to the manager there but nothing was ever done! The fact that we are NOT owners they simply do NOT care what happens to us even though we stay at this resort several times a year! Bottom line I will NEVER go back to the market deli and honestly I don't think they care! I will probably continue to stay at the resort for now but hard to say for how long as there are so many options for us and places that are much newer and maybe they'd appreciate...
