We visited La Parilla every day that we spent at La Estancia. The service was beyond compare. The bartenders, Francisco & Alfredo, attended to every need. They remembered us by name after the first visit, always remembering our drink preferences and making us feel as if we were their only customers. My family and I agreed that the service level at La Parilla is unmatched in any other international vacation we have taken. It's obvious they truly care about their customers and have pride in their work. My only wish is that we could stay longer! Thank you for the hospitality, we cannot wait to return.
