The food is great, the service not so much. In fact, I would like to take this opportunity to apologize to the short haired female server. I apologize that you had to lower the music on the tv when I walked in even though I did not complain. Any music played at a restaurant at less than the volume of a fighter plane at take off is unacceptable. I apologize that I had to ask you for a beverage, I did not mean to solicit your look of contempt by asking for a drink, next time I will purchase one at the market in the shopping center prior to entering the restaurant. Nobody should ever expect for you to offer a refreshment to be enjoyed with their meal. Lastly, I apologize that you had to look up from your phone for a few seconds to take my payment. An excellent breakfast spot in Riverside! I had a wonderful experience at Mandi Express. The place has a warm and authentic atmosphere that reflects traditional charm. The food was great! Too bad there were flys inside and the waitress and other staff seemed to welcome them because they did absolutely nothing to get rid of them.

The kung Pao Chicken was super delicious.

The Camarones Enchilados were according to the members of my party off the hook!!!
